Alan and his staff at Asia World Travel are very good friendly service, reliable, and give good price for a flight from Perth to Singapore to Vietnam. When my family came to Asia World Travel to book a flight in December, Alan was very fantastic, friendly, responsible with booking a flight. He gave us a summary of what the price is any give us the best place to sit in the plane. He also told us about a visa for Vietnam through Asia World Travel instead of the Consulate General of Viet Nam - Perth.

I would recommend anyone who wants to book through Asia World Travel, and want to book other countries, its not just Asia, he can also book other countries too!

When it comes to custom service, Alan raises the bar! He’s friendly, enthusiastic and takes the time to understand his customers needs. Most recently, Alan helped me find a flight to Perth from Seattle, WA during the cap in November 2020 when I struggled to do this myself. Flights were limited and there was a great chance of being bumped from the flight since the demand were consistently changing. He was able to book me a flight within 7 days and continually checked in on the flights to ensure my chances of boarding and not being bumped. I really appreciate his efforts as he contributed to the efforts of my journey to see my wife!
