My experience with APG was very disappointing. Hannah was the person in charge of my case, and unfortunately, she gave me the wrong advice from the beginning. Because of this, I lost valuable time and missed the chance to apply for other visa options that could have been more suitable for my situation. They told me I could apply for a student visa, but based on my circumstances, that was not actually possible. It was clear they did not take the time to properly review or understand my case.

What upset me even more is that I had already paid around $250 for the university admission process. When I asked for a consultation with their migration agent, Nazim, to try to find a better solution, they told me I had to pay again. I explained that I was in this situation because of their mistake, and I expected them to support me without charging extra—but they refused to help unless I paid for a new consultation.
They only allowed me to speak with Nazim for a few minutes on the phone, just so he could tell me that it was NOT POSSIBLE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH MY VISA. But I was never given the chance to have a proper consultation with him to clarify things or explore other options unless I paid.

Hannah, also gave my husband incorrect information, saying he could only work part-time when he was actually allowed to work full-time. Because of that, he also missed out on important job opportunities.

Throughout the process, I never felt properly supported. I truly believe APG Migration did not take our case seriously, and their lack of care and responsibility caused us a lot of stress and lost opportunities. I do not recommend their services to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional migration advice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ASIA PACIFIC GROUP (APG).
