Ashley and her team were an absolute dream to work with. From the very beginning, Ashley kept me organized and on-track to ensure I didn't miss a single detail in the planning process. She was always available to answer any questions I had or provide creative ideas to make our day unique and special. She has developed amazing relationships with all of the local RI vendors as well, which also made the process that much more seamless and easy. During the actual wedding weekend she and her team ensured every little detail was taken care of so I could actually enjoy the day. She truly made the wedding planning process so much easier and helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

Ashley and her team were a MASSIVE part of making our wedding day amazing! From the very beginning, Ashley was a huge help with vendor research and recommendations, it almost seemed like she could read our minds on what we wanted from our very first phone calls/emails! With her help we had an absolute dream team of vendors working together on our special day, many of which had worked together before, making the whole coordination process even more seamless than we could have ever imagined. She even made a point to ensure we could enjoy the week leading up to our wedding by taking charge and coordinating with all our vendors. We didn't have a single thing to worry about, and she was so easy to fully trust with those tasks. We had the pleasure of having both Ashley and Renee work with us on the wedding day and they both made us and our families feel so comfortable and supported! Ashley and her team really go above and beyond to make you feel special, we couldn't have imagined doing any of it without them!!

Hiring Ashley Lynn Events for our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. She was recommended to us by our photographer, Laura Ink, and I will recommend Ashley and her team to every engaged couple I know going forward. Leading up to the wedding, Ashley and I spoke over the phone and she was extremely organized, helpful, and thorough. Like any bride, I was stressed and anxious the week of the wedding and she and her team eased so much of that anxiety. We were so lucky to have Jen and Renee as our coordinators for our amazing and special day! Renee coordinated our rehearsal as well and helped make everything go so smoothly and perfect. The day of, they seriously couldn't have been more helpful and wonderful. Last minute, I needed someone to pick up our cake from the bakery (which was very close to our venue) and they took care of it for us. I had some bustle issues after the ceremony, and they helped us with that too, and so much more. We got married on June 29th of this year and almost three months later, we have daily discussions about how magical and perfect our wedding day was. Thank you to Ashley, Jen, and Renee for everything! You simply will not regret hiring this incredible team of event planners and coordinators!

Our wedding would not have been possible without Ashley Lynn and her team! We quickly realized our big day was a lot bigger than expected, but luckily my mom found Ashley and immediately we knew she was the planner for us! She is so organized, positive, creative and fun to be around!! Each of our meetings, we were able to accomplish weeks worth of tasks. She recommended almost all of our venders and each of them were perfect for our vision! She had the experience to suggest things we had no idea we even needed to think of! From the moment I spoke with Ashley about potentially coordinating our wedding day, I knew she was the one. We hit it off immediately. She scheduled calls with us and provided thorough details to ensure our wedding day went flawlessly. She is easy going and was such a breath of fresh air for our day. She communicated important details to our vendors for us so we didn’t have to as much as our wedding day got closer. Her assistant, Adrianna, was a life saver all day ensuring I had everything I needed and making sure our important belongings safely transported between destinations. Our timeline was perfect and we didn’t have to worry about a thing all day. They were with us until the very end of the night to make sure our belongings were safely packed up and nothing got left behind. These two were such a joy I now can’t imagine our wedding day without them. Book Ashley and her team! You won’t regret it and your wedding day will be 10000% better because of them.

From changing the wedding inside the barn , getting us food and decorating everything, I definitely recommend them. Ashley & Team were BEYOND amazing. We booked them as our day-of vendor -- truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding (even day of we kept saying "thank god we booked Ashley"). She was so easy to communicate with leading up to the event and was incredibly helpful day of. We had some last minute timeline changes due to weather and Ashley effortlessly contacted all of our other vendors to inform them of the changes without making it seem chaotic, scary, or stressful. She truly acted as a BFF to both bride & groom on the big day. Her team was supportive and available throughout the ceremony and reception - they regularly checked in on us during dinner, made sure we had everything we needed, and were so helpful with decor breakdown. We feel so lucky to have found Ashley & team, our wedding genuinely would not have been as successful as it was without her help. She is an absolute MUST book.

We are so immensely grateful for Ashley and all of her assistance over the past year!! She was the very first vendor we hired as we began the wedding planning process (before we even secured our venue!) and I am so thankful that we did! Ashley's attention to details, the multi tabbed spreadsheet, and check in calls helped me/us to keep track of everything. It was so nice to feel like there was someone to reach out to who not only is an expert in the field & super organized, but who also felt like she was a friend. On the day of the wedding, Ashley and Sarai were incredible - they were so kind & calm & always asking if we needed anything (if they were stressed you'd never know it). Together they took care of every little thing on our wedding day - including helping us eat or getting us drinks, which made it so enjoyable for us! I was told (often) by people leading up to the wedding to"be prepared that something will likely happen/go wrong on your wedding day" and to "expect the unexpected" - but we truly do not know if there were any behind the scene mishaps, because Ashley and Sarai took care of everything. We wouldn't have been able to have the easy/fun/love filled day we did without Ashley Lynn Events! If we were doing it all over again, I'd still make sure Ashley was the first vendor we hire!
