On January 9, 2014, at 4:18 pm, I called your centre to inquire about an ultrasound appointment. My call was received by a female staff member. I asked if there were any discounts available for the ultrasound, and I was put on hold for approximately 17 minutes. When the call was finally resumed, it was abruptly ended.
I am deeply disappointed with this experience and would strongly urge your centre to investigate this matter. It is crucial that your staff know how to handle customer inquiries appropriately. I felt that the service I received was not professional.

Hi,
I have best experience of this hospital.I delivered baby boy there and I was feeling like I am in a hotel. Everything is available for mother and newborn. For partner there is sofa cum bed and he can have food as well. They come immediately after every ring. I was afraid that how to manage with newborn but they taught everything from A-Z to me and my husband. The food quality was awesome and everything was very tidy. We have separate room and attached bathroom.

I had x-rays at the Specialist Centre. I called on a Saturday morning after a referral from my physio, and was seen that morning. The location is good, although can't comment on parking as my partner dropped me off. The receptionist was lovely and x-ray technician really competant. Next to no waiting time.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication between the hospital and the radiology centre next door resulting in delays, an unnecessary overnight stay and no orderly movement between the two places resulting in a prolonged injection procedure for my 72 year old mother on her birthday. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.

this amazing hospital has one of the best fertility specialists ive ever came across. my first attempt brought me a perfect little bundle of joy. HIGHLY reccomend . dr marcin and the receptionist? Gabby. amazing. must also thsnk city fertility for their shared involvement last year when you were called that.
