I’m pretty sure I am one of their very first clients when they opened their doors, and I am still with them many years down the track. I have even got my son seeing them for his tax returns.
Josie and Amanda are both excellent accountants. Always willing to give advice. They take their job seriously and will always endeavour if unable to answer a question right there and then to get back to me once they have completed the research.
Friendly service and always willing to have a chat with you when going through my tax return, they get to know their clients, which sets them apart from the competition.
Totally recommend ASAP accounting and taxation service for anyone who wants professional service with the warmth and friendliness of a great team.

Great service, upfront about what we can and can't claim. Reasonable fees. Have been using ASAP for a couple of years now and never have a drama. We always have a fair bit to go through due to husband's work and our properties etc and nothing is ever too much trouble. Will be using ASAP for the foreseeable future.

Untrustworthy and not accountable

At first you think you are getting a good deal and are dealing with confident people who have experience and know their business. Eventually you realize it was really over-confidence, and that they were just faking it to cover up their own insecurities and personal shortcomings. To detail, they botched my taxes ,mishandled confidential data and then lied about it to my face. Then after all of that, Josie had the nerve to charge us for hidden fees. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and go with a more established firm instead of this home-based amateur operation.
