The party with bass, rap, mariachi and conjunto that never ends: That’s great and all we have local wedding facilities. All for a great party and a private business with facilities to operate successfully. What is displeasing is that it’s a business operating in an established neighborhood of homesteads, small ranchets and estates where many residents live and have lived for years. Previously a quiet place to retreat from Austin has become a Saturday weekly partying night with the music going till past 11:45pm from this facility. I try to remember change is good then I remember that this business owner who took over 505 probably never once considered the neighborhood or neighbors for its noise impact because it’s an unrestricted property in the county. It’s not the music but the low tone bass and high tones that permeate through the house and your body. Maybe we can get some sort of dialogue going but other neighbors have tried and had no success with this business changing their party hours to be more considerate. It’s 12:08pm and the party hasn’t stopped blasting music. If you rent this facility you must know that your party is not in the country and the speakers are disturbing the neighbors and we pretty much have no celebration for your once in a lifetime event because this is our nightmare every Saturday.

We’re so happy that we had our event at Ranch505.
The location was ideal and the venue was beautiful!
The entire staff was so helpful and friendly.
Even when we asked to see the venue several times they were always professional and welcoming!
Madilyn was super helpful throughout the whole process! Kendal was amazing as well! Thank you!

I booked with this venue prior to them being bought by Artemis Events, and I was a bit nervous about the transition. However, they knocked everything out of the park! They redid the area where ceremonies are held outdoors and created a perfect little dreamy landscape. The new management was quick to respond to emails from the very beginning, something I imagine to be a difficult task when taking on a new project.
The bridal suite was so cute, and I can't wait to see our getting-ready pictures. Everything about this venue is perfect. Bonus- if the weather turns out not to be ideal it can easily be converted to an indoor ceremony. There are plenty of unique spaces for guests to spread out. I highly recommend getting married here, our day was perfect.

I live in the neighborhood next to this event center. I’ve called the event center and the sheriff on multiple occasions asking kindly that they turn the music down. It never helps. It’s been to the point where my kids complain about not being able to sleep. My wife and I have trouble falling asleep with earplugs and a sound machine. The people who run this business just give lip service and obviously don’t care about their neighbors. I’d give zero stars if I could.

This venue & their team were phenomenal. The staff was so helpful and professional, and they helped navigate planning a small wedding during a pandemic while I was quarantined out of state, which was at baseline very stressful. The space is even more beautiful in person if you can believe it, and it was an extremely affordable venue for the amount of space and things you get with it. We didnt have to rent very much stuff at all, and all of their tables, chairs, and extra decor was in great condition and flowed well with the venue. In the 15 months planning my wedding up to the day of, I have zero complaints or concerns to say about the Ranch 505. It was perfect.

I live in the neighborhood and all that I can say about this place is that they are very inconsiderate of the fact that they are in a neighborhood. They blast music until well past 10:30 and sometimes until 1am. The noise reverberates and it is like it is right in your living room. I understand they are running a business in an unrestricted neighborhood and can do what they want, but to shamelessly flaunt that fact is obnoxious.

Great place to have an event. Definitely recommend it .Hall is fair size but the outdoor is great for kids to run around . Has a bathroom for the bride and a big room

This is THE wedding venue in the south Austin area! It is a picturesque setting with plenty of space for a small or large event. The whole process was simple and very professional as they are ultra flexible with whatever needs you may request for your special day. Though it is in the country, it is still close enough to downtown Austin to enjoy before or after the party. 5 stars!!!
