We hosted a major World OKTA event at this venue, featuring Korea’s renowned YouTube star and speaker, Mikyung Kim. With around 400 attendees, the seminar was a great success, thanks in large part to the spacious venue and its excellent facilities.

Over the course of two days, we also held multiple other sessions and events, all of which ran smoothly. Although we experienced some initial communication issues with the event manager and staff, they were ultimately very supportive and helped us bring everything together perfectly.

What stood out most was the venue’s generous space and reasonable pricing — truly the best combination for hosting a large-scale event. Highly recommended for any professional or community gathering!

We recently had our wedding at Aaron Swanson Ballroom, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! With 100 guests in attendance, the ballroom was the perfect size—spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable, yet intimate enough to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is truly a secret gem, nestled right in the middle of Melbourne’s CBD. Despite its central location, the ballroom offers a sense of seclusion and elegance that made our day feel extra special.

I can’t say enough about Jolene, the event manager. From our very first meeting, her communication was outstanding. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every detail was perfect. Her team was equally impressive, working seamlessly behind the scenes to bring our vision to life. Thanks to Jolene and her wonderful team, our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be and more.
