He is unreliable and extremely lazy. I provided the desired travel dates and asked for the cheapest flights available around those dates. He said he would look into it and call me back, but after waiting for a long time without any contact, I reached out again. Instead of apologizing, he got angry and rudely told me that he only search for prices on specific date. Not recommended!!

First time we bought tickets from this guy he was in Croydon. Got there and no travel agency at all, instead it's a golf shop. Kinda weird dodgy looking place, as soon as we entered the premises he then locked up the front door. Making it so uncomfortable to do the transaction. Got home and quickly triple checked our tickets to make sure they were valid. Thank God, all was ok.

Last January thought we go through him again but he moved to Chatswood. I don't know what the premises look like now but everything was done on the phone. As usual he promises you the best prices cheapest etc. Instead after purchasing the ticket we checked with the airlines we flight with, the prices were exactly the same. Thought ok, never mind and let it go. I don't know how this guy run his business but he seems to be all over the place when you try to talk to him. Seem so much complicated and rude. The usual would be like "call me this time or this day or that etc" so unprofessional. We buying 5 tickets here and you will get all sort of comments etc instead of knowing exactly what you trying to achieve is to buy a ticket.

Come March, we thought we try him again. Same crap etc "We sell the cheapest ticket etc etc etc", all we want is to buy some tickets for a flight. Give us a price and the answer would be either yes or no. Instead rude as usual, and the prices are similar to every where else - we even told him your prices you claim are not even cheap and we had to put up with all the garbage talks instead of buying a ticket. And he got the cheek to say go else where then, that's ok you just lost 5 tickets for June, Sep and Dec. You better off dealing with someone else more professional and you 100% more certain when you get your tickets you don't have to triple check if they are valid. I wouldn't recommend this so called travel agency who seems to have GOLF clubs all over his website.
