This place is a gem. Trendy interior and decor with cute artworks on the wall and green plants. I ordered the breakfast plate which was delicious, beautifully presented and a generous serving. We had been excited to try the japanese soufflé pancake but unfortunately was too eggy for our liking! My coffee was great! ☕

Never had a breakfast place give so many rashers of bacon! It was a wonderful surprise. Cute homey feel to the cafe and polite waiter that very patiently took photos of us as we were at a celebratory brunch. Would definitely return

The food and decor were really nice. The service was friendly and efficient too. Our food came out quickly and tasted great. The twelve hour braised beef burrito bowl was a stand out. The eggs benedict was delicious, but the serve was a bit stingy for $17.50. The hot drinks were excellent. Will definitely return.

Just had lunch at Ariel's Balgownie. Ordered the Caesar Salad for 21.50.Advertised with anchovies and croutons.Received neither.When I questioned the young waitress she checked with the chef/cook and was told had run out.She offered a replacement meal but we couldn't wait for another meal.No offer of compensation.Basically it was shredded lettuce,Mayo grilled chicken salad with an egg and some bacon.Minimal parmesan.No acknowledgement from staff upon leaving

We’ve been going to Ariel’s for over a year and they do the best dirty chai’s and are consistently good. I had family visit (8 adults and 4 kids) the other weekend and this was my first time eating here and they were very attentive, accommodating and the food was delicious! We’re locals and if we ever move, I’ll be very sad to say goodbye. Thanks so much Maha & Sasan!!
