Best decision I made!!!

We celebrated my daughter’s 1st birthday on the 07/03/25 and everything was amazing!!

Planning my daughter’s birthday there were specific requirements I had on my list. I wanted my daughter’s birthday intimate with close family and friends at a venue that catered but also allowed us to bring in our traditional food. At first when I walked into the venue, it was too big for what I visioned for my daughter’s birthday and I really couldn’t focus on anything else but how massive this venue was. I met with Robert the owner he was so friendly and understanding, he ticked off all the specific requirements and also worked around with my budget. It was hard for me to find any venue that would do that for me and also met the requirements I had. Then we met up with Riki who we were booked to see she was so easy to talk too and made us feel even more welcome. Everything was ticked off the list but I was still hesitant because the venue was too big for me. I had to call my husband just to double check and confirm, shower him the venue and straight away with no hesitation he said to book it in. He didn’t care how big it was, what mattered to him they worked with us and what we wanted for our daughter.

From the time we booked everything went smoothly with preps, no issues with communication. The venue already has centre pieces, table covers, high chairs, designed chairs, rectangle tables, plates, cutlery etc all of this we could use for our event which made things so much easier with preps. We also had access to the fridge in kitchen if we needed.

We hired different vendors for the kids entertainment, play ground, jumping castle, soft play area, mirror booth, we also brought in our own kids table and chairs. The team was so friendly and so flexible with us.

My daughter’s birthday was a huge success, Gabby and the team that night were great. My guest had a great time!!!

So grateful to Robert, Riki and the rest of the stuff. My daughter’s 1st birthday will be a memorable one for sure.

Aria Wedding Venue - A Valima Reception to Remember!

We attended a Valima reception at Aria, and the experience was outstanding!

The reception, held on the first floor, was beautifully arranged, and guests were welcomed with refreshing mango lassi. The catering featured a wide variety of dishes, perfectly suited for Indian palates, and the service was exceptional—our tables were consistently refilled without delay.

The venue is spacious, comfortably hosting 270-300 guests, and even included a space for prayers, which was a thoughtful touch.

While covered parking and friendlier smiles from servers would enhance the experience, the overall service and atmosphere make this venue a fantastic choice for a premium reception in Sydney.

Had my cousin's wedding reception here and my goodness the service was amazing!

There was never a moment where we ran out of anything on our tables. They were constantly refilling and constantly serving.

Would have been nice to see the Server's smile more but besides that - I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a top knotch reception in Sydney!

My wife and I had our wedding here and we cannot recommend the venue highly enough.

Robert and Ricki were absolutely lovely to deal with and provided my wedding party and all my guests with the best service.

Venue is absolutely stunning with great space for all our guests to sit comfortably and plenty of room to dance the night away.

The food was served hot and quickly and we did not receive any negative feedback from any of our guests about it which is fantastic and a credit the kitchen and floor staff.

Speaking about the floor staff, they were friendly and helpful with everything we asked for over the evening.

My wife and I from entering the venue the first time during our initial consult with Robert to the time we walked out as husband and wife loved every moment of the experience.

I have attended a few events at Aria and what a great space it is for a large group! The staff are friendly and professional and the food is just delicious. We were treated like family and it’s so nice to see a business treating their clients this way. Personally I loved the decor. My best friend had her engagement here and what a fun night it was, I helped her organize it all and it was very smooth. Can’t wait to go back!
