This better be the best building of all time because the construction is taking forever and is causing great disturbance to everyone unfortunate enough to be living in ear shot of the construction. There’s always early morning or late night noise from the builders. I was woken up at 7 this morning from the sound of their Jack hammer. There should be a law that you can’t Jack hammer until 9 or something. What’s the bet the apartments will cost 2 million dollars each and will be dodgy and falling apart after a few years?

Pity such a good development is being ruined by questionable practices by the marketing agents. Multiple people have been contacting me yet they refuse to provide actual pricing, one lady even tried to convince me to buy an apartment off the plan that was already bought off the plan and marketed again for sale with a $50,000 markup, this smells fishy, when a development has not even begun to be contsructed yet they are trying to make a profit by simply onseliing off the plan sales contract. I have moved on and refuse to deal with their selling agents.
