Good basic accomodation. Great beds, very clean, hot shower and good air con. We stayed two nights, F & S, and had no issues. Very friendly host. No traffic noise because walls are solid brick. We slept well. Photos are accurate.|Shops are nearby by car.

We were late to arrive at Lismore with no accommodation plans.
The lady who answered the phone stayed open for an extra hour to allow us time to arrive and made us feel very welcome.
That's not the way businesses usually work and it was greatly appreciated from a couple of stranded travellers. Many thanks.

I really like it here. Not overpowering, just a small place with friendly, helpful crew. Handy to a good Tavern and other shops. Good breakfast at East Point Shopping Village .Also a Subway and a giant Chemist Warehouse. I don't have a car but bus stop is right outside, The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bed so comfortable and a bit of traffic noise pleasantly soothing.||The Motel is on the market-will be interested to see how things might change...I hope to be in Goonellabah again and will report back!

Clean and cosy. Beds were very comfortable. Room is great for a quick stopover. Cheap rates and enough room for family of 4. Owners helpful and friendly. As my 8 year old said "It was comfy and it is really all we need."

Quite a nice place for a quick getaway. The patterns on covers over the beds and the pictures on the wall plus a sky light helps to brighten the room. Close to a major road so it was a bit noisy.
Could use a small light near the microwave as it was hard to see the buttons on the microwave. Otherwise pretty good.

The old photos don't do this place justice! It's refurbished, with comfy beds, fresh linen and some lovely details, like COOKIES on the towels. I've uploaded some new photos, hope that will help future guest. |There's no breakfast or dinner served anymore, however, coffee, tea and milk provided. Also the motel is close to a tavern, that serves nice food (only 10-15 mins walk) we had awesome pizza, and is only 15-30 mins drive to Lismore and Ballina.||Would definitely recommend and will come back in future!

We stayed here on the way to Qld and on the way home. Lovely friendly staff who were very welcoming. Unfortunately we left behind my little boys teddy and blanket. We were ecstatic to find upon our return both items waiting in his bed! Lovely clean basic rooms. Very well priced. Will definitely be returning😊😊

We stayed overnight and found the room to be quite good. A bit of traffic noise came from the adjacent highway. The room was quite spacious and equipped with frig, toaster and kettle. The bathroom was more of a wet room with curtains pulling around the shower.||||The only negative was that the television set was quite small to be placed so high up. sound qua||lity was affected.
