Karlee From Ara Car Rental in Newcastle was amazing! She told me how to get around, all the details of the car I had never driven, and warned me of the Speed cameras everywhere in Newcastle!
The car worked amazingly and I will be going back the next time I'm in Newcastle. ARA Car Rental beat all the other Car Rental places in Service and Price!! I've never had an experience so good with a car rental agency!

I would have given more than 5 stars anytime! From the start of the quotation, the clarifications to the rental and return, we received so much assistance and patience from Mr Adrian Bray, Branch Manager. His other colleague who processed our vehicle return was also very kindly (I forgot his name but would like to thank him too).

The vehicle was clean and in very good condition. The prices were very fair too. We will definitely be return customers! You can rent with peace of mind with ARA!

It is late due to moving internationally however I had such a positive experience with ARA I couldn’t not leave a review. Being able to accommodate my needs last minute for a booking, followed by an outstanding service experience with Karlee for both the collection and return, left a lasting impression. It was an amazing experience to still get smiles from the person who has been drenched getting your truck ready in the rain. Clear, simple, straightforward and friendly, I would highly recommend the team at ARA and will definitely return.
