This tour was simply magical.
We had the perfect day for a boat trip.
When I booked, I accidentally chose the wrong date, but they kindly rescheduled it for a better day—and it truly was. The weather was sunny and beautiful.
We visited a few beaches and snorkeled at three different spots. At the first one, we saw huge fish and even a turtle. I swam alongside the turtle for a couple of minutes—an unforgettable experience. I got to admire the colorful reef and the turtle up close.
The water was crystal clear, almost transparent. We snorkeled in protected green zones where fishing isn’t allowed.
For morning tea, we had a fresh and varied spread, including cut fruit, banana bread, and cookies.
Our two tour guides were friendly and very informative.
I’m so glad I chose an ecotourism company that actively helps protect marine life.

Many thanks to Jan and Jack for a highly enjoyable snorkelling experience today. The team are professional, caring, knowledgeable and funny and have great energy. We were fortunate to get excellent weather and relatively clear visibility. The kids had a blast and also enjoyed the paddle boarding. Highly recommend and thanks for the great memories!

Our tour with Aquascene today was amazing!! Calvin, Jack and Anita were a great crew and all were were knowledgeable about the area and history as well as all the land and sea animals!! We swam with baby reef sharks and got to see the old shipwrecks. If you haven't done their discovery tour book it now! And don't forget to check out their shop after the tour!! They have top quality gear! We ended up buying fins, masks and snorkels!! Thanks again team 🦑🐢🪸😊👌🏻

Kelvin and jack were the best captains had a great time touring all of the 27 bays all across magnetic island! I would highly recommend aquascene to anyone who maybe interested in boat tours or snorkeling. Kelvin even took his drone out and shot some amazing pictures of the group!

Great day out and well worth it. The circumnavigation tour we did was amazing. The skipper Jan and deckyy Amy were full of knowledge and support, as well as providing lovely hospitality and a great morning tea……. What is provided is all you’ll need.
The boat is comfortable and the gear is all good, lots of floating toys of your not confident snorkelling.
Please do yourself a favour and book this trip.

I'm a Maggie local, and I had a great experience on Aquascene's Sunset and Shipwreck tour yesterday. Kalvin was an excellent guide—friendly and happy to answer any and all questions. We departed from Nelly Bay and headed toward the SS City of Adelaide shipwreck. We circled it several times before dropping anchor, getting out our BYO drinks and nibbles, and learning more about the shipwreck. The song by an ex-guide was the perfect touch, as was watching the sunset. We'd definitely recommend this tour!

Absolutely fantastic and a must do when visiting Maggi! The boys on the circumnavigation tour were so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We will absolutely be back and will recommend it to all our friends.
