Had a fabulous 4 night stay, 2 adults and 2 children. The town house was huge and gave us all our own space. Excellent value for money.
Kids had a fantastic time in the pool and games room, and the beds were super comfortable!
Can't wait to stay again.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy staying at this place. The cleanliness was a big issue. We were met with a really strong musty smell when we walked in, possibly from using dirty mop water, as my daughter’s socks quickly became very black. There was left over dried food on the cutlery, the couch was all stained and could do with a good steam clean. And there was dried snot wiped on the walls of the top bunk!

Lovely place, nice and quiet, awesome rooms plenty of space and great kitchen in them to was almost like having a home away from home, close to shops and friendly staff, will definitely be checking this place out when we come to Coffs Harbour again.

We were very happy with Aqua villa apartments. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I booked for the wrong dates. The apartment was also very clean and close by to everywhere we visited in Coffs Harbour. Best of all it was very affordable. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

The exterior featured a charming little table and chairs that were neat and tidy. The apartments are situated close to one another. Upon entering our booked apartment, we were greeted by a fresh, clean scent and an immaculate space. It included a well-loved leather lounge, a small table and chairs, and a fully functional kitchenette. The rooms were spotless, and while the shower was compact, it was also very clean. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. All in all a lovely place for a short stay.

Been coming here for years. Great base to explore the area from. Easily walk to many eating and drinking places. Right on the bus route which we use each time we stay. Self contained so you can save on meals. A bbq is available at the pool area.

The hotel met most of our needs, however, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room was comfortable and provided the essentials, but it felt like some details were overlooked that could have made the experience much better.||One of the most notable issues was the lack of sheer curtains. The room had large windows, which allowed plenty of natural light, but without sheer curtains, we felt exposed. Anyone outside could easily see into the room, making privacy a concern. While there were heavier curtains for the evening, during the day, we would have appreciated the option of sheer curtains to enjoy the daylight without sacrificing privacy.||Another challenge was the lighting in the room. There were only two lamps in the bedroom, which provided minimal light. The space felt dim, especially in the evening when we needed better lighting for reading or getting ready. Additional lighting or lamps in the living room would have helped brighten up the space and made it feel more inviting.||The windows themselves were also a concern. We noticed that most of the windows didn’t lock properly. While the hotel seemed to be in a safe area, this still raised security concerns, especially being on the ground floors. Ensuring that all windows can be securely locked should be a priority for the hotel’s management.||The bathroom was generally well-maintained, but the shower head was too large for the shower space. It felt awkward trying to adjust the angle, and water ended up splashing out of the shower, making a bit of a mess. A smaller or more appropriately sized shower head would have been a better fit and improved the overall showering experience.||On the positive side, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. We appreciated the clean linens and the comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night’s sleep.||Overall, while the hotel offered a comfortable stay, addressing these minor issues could significantly enhance the experience for future guests.
