APTC Tours, managed by Roland, managed a fantastic set of tours for my family while we were in Australia. During an 8 day visit we had only a couple of scheduling hiccups – one caused by a miscommunication between tour guides, and one caused by an aircraft flight cancellation. The first was understandable – we were among the first passengers to visit post-COVID, and the tourist industry was starting up; a group boat tour was told to pick us up at one place, but my family was told to go to a different place. Roland responded by rebooking the tour AS A PRIVATE tour – it was an amazing tour, and an even more amazing response by APTC. The second, more complex, problem happened on the way to our third leg of our Australian journey when our plane’s 10PM flight from Brisbane was delayed until midnight, and then cancelled. Since we were only going to be in the next location for 2 days, now 1 day, we decided to stay in Brisbane, especially since our return flight home was through Brisbane. Although this was truly last-minute, Roland was able to accommodate and arranged a fantastic final day for us in Brisbane. I don’t think my family will ever take a vacation as long, complex, and extravagant as this, but if we did, I would seek out APTC to arrange the details.
