This review is for two remarkable Senior Employment Consultants of APM-Warwick, notably, Megan MAY and Frances OLDHAM!

The services and support that I’ve been privileged to receive from both Megan and Fran has been outstanding.

Incredible customer service delivery I feel so fortunate to be in receipt of, especially during this difficult time of my life trying to secure a job to get my life back on track again.

On every encounter either through face to face or over the phone, Megan has always gone above and beyond to assist or help me secure a job. She routinely sends my resume to potential employers, updating me accordingly via email or text messages and then following up with the company or organisation afterward to find out the outcome for me.

May l state here that I am very impressed and humbled with the quality of customer service I received from Fran today 08/10/24, when I attended APM Warwick office to see Megan, who was not in the office at the time.

Considering today was the first time she was seeing or attending to me, Fran was very responsive and immensely helpful in attending to my immediate needs in preparation for my upcoming interview with Prosser Scott and Coy Funeral Directors scheduled tomorrow.

As such, l say a big thank you to Megan and Fran for the incredible work they’re both doing for APM in providing great customer service to people in my position looking for work and the community at large. Thank you and God bless!

Kind Regards,
Kenneth EKEKE

They have been fantastic! Not only have they been kind and understanding, they have been going out of thier way to help me rebuild my life and pointing to resources I can use. Riccardo, Thalia and Fran have been amazing, and an Honorable mention to Leah who is in a differnt APM office but has been an amazing helping me get set up for the SEA program.

RUN AWAY!!
This place is in business simply to get taxpayer funding. They will promise you the world and deliver you a grain of sand. Was in their system for over 6 months, was told I would get computer training for upskilling and access to psychiatrists for mental issues. The only thing I was given was fuel vouchers. When I found a job myself (no assistance by APM) they tried taking the credit for it.
These services should never have left centrelink so much easier and convenient when the unemployed can do everything they need to in one building instead of being sent all over town.

Being unemployed for now 6 years due my health ive had to take time to maintaining my health, finding jobs with a health disability is extremely hard. I want to thank Fran and Clare at Warwick APM for all their support.
They took time to fully understand my health issues and made things easy to settle in. Ive now have a possible Hotel job.
I highly recommend APM Warwick for those who have a disability like myself.

I would just like to take the time out to give a massive positive "job well done" and "thank you" to all the staff at Warwick APM. Looking for work with a disability hasn't been easy, and being unvaccinated against Covid reduced the available opportunities for me. However the staff here if they didn't answer the phone directly would always call back. They had a genuine care factor for the issues and difficulties I was facing along the way. And they were never shy to provide generously in the form of fuel vouchers, PPE and basic tooling. I put it to anyone that views APM in a negative light ... the more you participate and engage with these folk ... the more you're sure to gain. Employee of the year award needs to go to Francis O ... you know who you are ... and thanks for the ongoing words of support and wisdom ... always genuinely appreciated. You're never just a number with APM Warwick ... which is a lot more than I can say for the majority of JNP's I've been engaged with in the past.

So my family have been interacting with APM on NDIS business for more than a year. Our experience with the LACs at APM Warwick wa have been outstanding. Nothing is too hard for our LAC and she takes ownership of our needs. correspondence is also easy. Her quick response to our emails and calls make life easy. Thanks APM.

As a DSP recipient, I went to APM voluntarily to look for work that would be appropriate for my abilities. They were very quick to promise me the world, touting the process to be fast and effective. Not only did the sign up process take many, MANY months, once I was in their system, any interest in finding me a position suitable for me was dropped instantly - infact,APM and their internal Job Seeking website solution ‘Employable Me’ only had a few job listing available - all in Cleaning. It’s obvious we are just numbers on a spreadsheet to these people and the icing on the cake is something voluntary is now compulsory for me. Total waste of time and they should be ashamed of themselves for exploiting us. At the very least; the staff were always very nice and tried to do what they could. This is probably a management issue and they its no surprise they lost the Centrelink Job Seeker contract. Avoid at all costs if you actually want to find work. Its likely a good choice if you’re just looking to game the system like they are.

We have been blessed with a very helpful LAC, Belinda. She has been very communicative, clear and helpful. My husband and I were very happy with the support we got from APM and Belinda. Thank you so much! 🙂
