APM Aldinga would be the worst DES I have ever been involved with. Originally I had Julie who was amazing. Then her boss and a new employee Karen came along who I now was assigned too. She put me under so much emotional stress & pressure I had to see a specialists. They ignored my emails of my concerns and would involve my personal experiences with each other at my appointments which made me feel very uncomfortable. I complained but was ignored. I have had severe trauma in my life PTSD and anxiety to name a few so if you have any of these issues please don’t use them. They are interested in their requirements to keep their job rather than looking after you. Both the boss and Karen need Julie to teach them how to do their job. Or APM need to look at their training completely if that’s across the board as my new DES has been amazing and it’s a HUGE difference like night and day. It used to take me 5 minutes to get there now it takes me 30 for my new one. But at least I’m getting the right support now.

After Steve past away the apm seem to drop the ball on there duty of care to there clients just dumped me this would not of happened if Steve was still there he was excellent and did care there terribly bad now
