Reasonably priced for the apartment but everything in the apartment was filthy even though they claimed to be really clean. Couldn’t sit outside due to the bird crap. Plenty of parking was available which was good. Was in a pretty good location. Management was polite and helpful at check in.

David the manager was very helpful and accommodated us too our needs. He made our stay pleasant and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful.
Recommend this a place to stay as everything is close by, whether it be a park for children to play or a night on the town for adults. Easy to get to the shopping centres as well.

Clean and good size apartment with balcony in the City of Gladstone. Well equipped kitchen with everything one possible needs for a great stay. Beds were comfortable too. ||There was a problem with the hot water system which was fix very quickly. ||We stayed 8 nights and would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at Apartments G20 and had a lovely time. The apartments were very spacious, clean, and in a great location. Close to so many restaurants! ||A great place to stay if you are a family. We also found they were quiet and the parking was never an issue.

Had a function in the area and chose these apartments. Excellent price of $113 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Right in the middle of the CBD, no view but didn’t need one for a short trip. Very clean, quiet and comfortable, will stay again for sure.

The apartments are modern and have nice kitchenette with all mod cons.||The rooms are spacious and well maintained.||The lower floors are noisy from road noise and have no views. The facility has a secure lift access, but open parking in the car park.||Has to be the best value apartments in town, walking distance to main street.

I have stayed here a few times now in a 2 bedroom apartment as a stop when driving to Brisbane. They are large and well appointed with a full kitchen. The price is great and check in is easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Been here for over a month. Blocked drains, lights not working, no bins provided at all, no wifi, vacuum cleaner doesn’t work.
Cigarette burns in the carpets, air conditioning filter not cleaned out. I have a great view of the local scum doing burnouts in the street and parking lot over the road, when I am not working on night shift, the blinds do work to block out the night. But to block out the daylight, why bother with blinds at all.
