We booked our wedding transfers through AOK, and it was seamless from the point of booking (very last minute on our part) to drop off!! Phil and Eden were so kind and, through the whole process, made every effort to ensure we were relaxed. They were on time and were understanding and patient when we were a little late. Phil, Paul and the whole team at AOK transfers were amazing for our wedding! They made traveling to our wedding for my guests so easy, each bus having multiple stops to guests hotels and it was all planned out so no one got left behind! The personal transfer we had at the end of the night free of charge topped it all off, as it was so nice to have a moment to ourselves in luxury! Would definitely recommend them 🙂

We recently used AOK Transfers for return transfers to and from Melbourne Airport. Ian, our first driver, was very prompt and personable - enjoying a chat with my husband about Richmond their football team - thankfully it was for only the last 20 minutes rather than the whole trip. Ian was fabulous! The return trip home was with Peter. We were picked up from T4 after being informed regarding our pick up requirements. Peter again was very personable and professional and happily chatted away whilst listened to the cricket, whilst I just enjoyed the ride. Highly recommend. Well done AOK - will recommend you.

What an incredible team! Over the last 2 weeks, we've had the absolute pleasure of AOK helping us out with wedding transport and then airport transfers to and from our honeymoon.

The van was comfortable, clean and prompt for picking up the girls from the bridal party and taking us to our ceremony, he even put a ribbon on it for us. It was swapped for one of the Tesla's during our ceremony which took us to our reception. David was incredibly patient with us while we took some photos, helping out by putting things away in the car etc.

Both Paul and Phil were again on time, friendly and made the start and end of our honeymoon travel super easy. Both went above and beyond and were super easy to talk to.

We can't rave about the entire team enough. If you need any type of wedding transport in Ballarat- they should be at the top of your list. Same goes for travel to and from Tullamarine, we'll never drive ourselves to the airport ever again. Massive thanks to Paul, Phil, David and team.

I recently used AOK Transfers and David was great to deal with! They arrived early for pick up, got to the airport smoothly with no hassles! The private van was spacious with plenty of room and very clean! I would 100% recommend booking with AOK and then he team if you are looking for a private, smooth and easy transfer to the airport!

Service has always been brilliant and this week they went even BETTER ! We had a medical episode flying to Melbourne and the scheduled AOK pickup had to be abandoned. After several hours in hospital I contacted AOK who then got us to Ballarat VERY late at night - apparently "all part of the service"! Extremely grateful and very happy to recommend AOK .

We recently used AOK transfers for our holiday. They were absolutely amazing. Don’t want the stress of driving to the airport, give these guys a call. Punctual, polite and made it so easy to get you to and from the airport. The driver's we had, Phil and Ian were amazing too. Turned up when they said and very polite. Great conversations in the van too. 5 star service guys. Will definitely be using again in the future.
