Could not recommend Anna Wang enough! We showed Anna a rough idea of what we were after and she created exactly that and more! She is understanding and her response time is amazing when emailing her questions. Her work is unbelievably beautiful and anyone who says different mustn’t be real because there is no way this lady has any faults in her work. We can’t thank Anna and her time enough!

I dealt with Anna and Xenia throughout the entire process. Anna listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly with her team. There were a few hiccups in between, however Anna handled it with grace and ensured we never deviated from the initial agreed quote and managed to bring my vision to life. I cannot recommend Anna Wang for event planning services. From the outset, it was a challenge to get in touch with her, requiring two to three attempts before she responded. Our initial conversations left us hopeful, as she promised to provide a wealth of information to help us plan our special day. However, after that initial interaction, she went completely silent.

Despite our expectations, we received no follow-up or communication from her, leaving us in the dark about crucial details.

Anna Wang's failure to maintain communication and follow through on her promises was deeply disappointing. If she wishes to improve her services, she should consider hiring additional staff to help manage events and maintain consistent contact with clients. Good customer service is not just about the initial conversation but about ongoing support and reliability.

In the end, we felt compelled to seek services elsewhere due to her unresponsiveness. Effective communication and dependability are essential in event planning, and unfortunately, Anna Wang did not meet these basic standards.

Side note: Parking is horrendous… keep that in mind for any future event planning with Anna.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Anna Wang for my sister's wedding. From the very beginning, the experience was stressful and disorganized. Communication was a significant issue throughout the planning process. Anna was often unresponsive, leaving us in the dark about crucial details. When she did respond, it was usually at the last minute, causing unnecessary panic and confusion.

On the day of the wedding, the lack of organization was evident. Vendors were not properly coordinated, resulting in delays and confusion. The schedule was poorly managed, leading to a chaotic flow of events. Simple tasks that should have been handled seamlessly became major issues due to her poor planning.

It was clear that Anna Wang was overwhelmed and unprepared, which made what should have been a joyful day for my sister a stressful ordeal. We had high expectations given her reputation, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional, well-organized wedding planner.

Sydney Great Hall was transformed into Brilliance by Anna & her team for my daughter’s wedding in January. Anna your artistic talent made every part of the day exceptional . Everyone is still talking about the amazing flowers & artistic talent that transformed Syd Uni and our entertainment . Hired Anna for our wedding (Wedding planning package) based on her social media presence (but really should have done my research). The process was just absolutely painful from the get go - missing the first consultation and being late to the second (which they charge $100 for) and then just being completely disorganised throughout the whole process - items promised and not done, forgetting things, having to be chased multiple times, delegation to contractors that cannot deliver, poor attitude...etc. I don't like writing bad reviews and have honestly tried to give her /her team another fair go so many times but something needs to be done here - the wedding is a once in a lifetime experience for everyone and this level of service is frankly just a complete disrespect to the occasion and any couple (that is paying good money for the service).

As a close friend of the bride and groom and the MC of their wedding, I feel compelled to share our disappointing experience with Anna Wang as their wedding planner. From the beginning, Anna’s lack of responsiveness and organisation cast a shadow over what should have been a joyful planning process.

From the outset, Anna's poor communication was a major issue. She failed to relay important scheduling details and updates, which are crucial for an MC to effectively manage the flow of the event. Her frequent tardiness and absence from critical planning meetings left me without necessary information, forcing me to make last-minute adjustments to the programme.

Throughout the wedding planning process, it became apparent that Anna was not proactive in her duties. The bride and groom were often left to handle tasks that should have been managed by Anna, including the coordination with vendors and detailed scheduling. This lack of coordination significantly impacted my ability to prepare and execute my responsibilities, as I was often given information at the last possible moment.

The day of the wedding was particularly challenging. Anna’s poor time management led to significant delays and confusion. At one point, in a desperate attempt to make up for earlier mismanagement of the schedule, Anna instructed me not to allow guests to start their dinner, insisting that we rush through the program to end on time. This absurd request not only disrupted the flow of the event but also significantly detracted from the guests' enjoyment of the evening.

It was disheartening to witness the couple’s stress on what should have been the happiest day of their lives. As an MC, my goal is always to contribute to a memorable and seamless celebration, but the lack of support and professionalism from Anna Wang made this incredibly challenging.

I later discovered that Anna Wang’s primary expertise lies not in the logistical coordination of weddings, but in styling the venue. However, her approach to styling is somewhat rigid, focusing on aesthetics that, while appealing to some bystanders and to herself, often do not align with the couple’s personal preferences. Despite the visual appeal of her settings, the service provided does not justify the premium fees charged. It appears that Anna's ability to attract clients relies heavily on these visually stunning, yet not always personalised, environments. This realisation only added to the frustration, as it became clear that her strengths did not meet the comprehensive needs of a wedding planner.

I hope this review helps future couples make informed decisions about their wedding planning. A dependable planner is key to a successful event, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend Anna Wang’s services.

i saw good reviews so i chose this company for my wedding. eventually we spent lots money and i was not satisfied.
the flower arch which i ordered was so different colour.

we did not want to spend money for not we asked.
they didn't response my email once they have done for our wedding.
it is really sad to share my special time with no responsibility people 🙁

it might has been just one of daily job for you.
if u have time i am sure there are plenty other better even agent.
we just mentioned that we are not happy about flower to them ,However we didn't receive any response....once complied the payment they don't care customers. it is very disappointed. if you don't wanna make Your special day is sad memory don't pick this company. i wanted to get a response at least.
