Friendly and informative staff. Clean bathroom and hot showers. We called to book and it was super easy. $40 per two people with a van. The Sand Dunes are walking distance.

Beautifully kept park. We camped on an unpowered site and the grass was so well kept and soft. Bathroom was very clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything. The pool looks exactly the same as in the photos. Owners (and residents) were so kind and helpful. The dunes were beautiful, definitely finding a plastic bottomed boogie board for our daughter to ride them next time. Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful!

【Great Hospitality】
Stayed in this place during Easter holiday. The other place we initially had a booking told us that they double-booked and no spot available due to late arrival (17:30). Then, we were trying to find a place to camp for 2 nights and eventually arrived this sweet spot.

This place is the family owned business and so kind that they offered us a spot that was not even available. They kindly made a spot for us to stay. We could not appreciate their kindness enough. Very friendly and warm-hearted people.

【Facility】
The facilities are well-maintained and great for young couples and also families as well. Clean bathrooms and laundries.

【Location】
If you are chasing for a camping location near the sand dunes, you cannot find anywhere better than this place. This place is just right behind the sand dunes - probably 5 min walking distance. So, we walked to the top of the sand dunes in the evening and saw the sun set. The sun set I saw there is by far the best in my life. Because of this camp site we could enjoy that much.

【Summary】
I cannot thank enough to the lady who accepted us without booking during the high season. I highly recommend this place if you are chasing the great sun set and stargazing experience at Port Stephens.

We loved so much to stay in this camping that we came back again after few weeks! We rented a spot to park our van and the place was so nice and quiet! Toilets are always clean, the camping is well maintained with beautiful grass and flowers all around. John and his wife are lovely, the camping is in a beautiful location close to the dunes, amazing sunsets in there! Highly recommended to come here if you are around the Nelson Bay Area.

I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Thanks to John, Louise and Jannette from Emerald Tiki Village Caravan Park in Anna Bay.

They have an amazing pool, which I didn’t use because I was busy visiting the surreal dunes which is just behind the property. I saw the most amazing sunset of my lifetime!! Golden and unforgettable!

They are very close to the shops too.

It’s very clean. The toilets were cleaned a few times a day.

I’m considering coming back to stay for longer.

It’s a beautiful family owned holiday park.

For my friend Jess and I this was our first time in Port Stephens. Tiki village and the wonderful family who run it made sure it was an unforgettable experience! The service felt personal and genuine I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else. It was quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery and an amazing location! 10/10 would recommend for all ages looking to get away. Thank you again we had the most amazing stay!
