Lovely stay in the Elegant Studio here at the And Apartments. The place was in a great location in the Braddon area which is a good walking distance to the center areas and there are plenty of food and shop options around. The set up of this place is really nice with all of the essential amenities. Love the clean and minimalist style of the interior as well as the communal area. The staff was super attentive. I highly recommend this place for anyone who want to feel the livelihood of Braddon while exploring Canberra.

Fantastic stay in the two bedroom Scandi Apartment. The most comfortable bed in the world. Lovely apartments. Would highly recommend for location and comfort.

Minor issues:
-Heating was a bit off - often cold at night.
-Some build issues such as the lack of any door seal/noise proofing so you could hear the lift and all corridor noise which is pretty odd in a brand new build.
-Bath is not usable because they installed the tap in the wrong place right in the middle so you can't get in and out and it took 45 minutes to fill due to low water pressure.
-as everyone mentions the keycard app is poor and only works about 1/3 times. They should just provide a card to guests and admit defeat.

Pros:
-central location
-well furnished
- all amenities
-quiet sleep (except on Friday and Saturday nights when Lonsdale St seems to be a racing strip)
- comfortable bed
-great service

Very nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Canberra. Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Will recommend for a family of 4. Restaurants and cafes are nearby.

This is now my go-to accommodation in Canberra when I'm back and forth. Well-situated, comfortable, incredibly clean and stylish. The staff were very helpful via email and over the phone from beginning to end. I was helped by a staff member, Julie, to check in a little earlier as I'd arrived quite tired with my daughter and was very appreciative of the hospitality and understanding. Particularly if you have kids there is a park across the road for a lovely stroll. The entire street is lined with gorgeous shops and delicious restaurants and if you walk for about 10 mins, you'll hit the city centre. Will be recommending this to everyone I know who is travelling to Canberra!

Beautiful apartment and great location. Great shower, comfortable beds. A table or desk would have been good. Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking and Natalie was extremely understanding and processed our refund straight away. It was a pleasure to deal with her and we would be happy to stay here again

And Apartment was the perfect location in Canberra. Walking distance to shopping and with a wonderful market held across the road in the park Sunday Mornings. (A great spot to grab a coffee and a bite to eat). Wonderful communication and very helpful. Will definitely be back.
