I went into the store this morning to buy a camping stove and a couple of fishing lures I got help from Tan he has helped me in the past and is always spot on with his advice and knowledge. He is so friendly helpful and professional whenever I go in in the future I will always look for Tan when I need help . Thank you Tan you are a legend

Never again will I buy from Anaconda. They don't answer the phone or return emails. They say to call them when you want your bike assembled before collection but that's a bit hard when it's impossible to contact you guys

Sale signs read 40% off. Tag on garment read $349.99. When the tag scanned, I was charged $227 rather than $210 as expected. When I tried explaining that to the clerk, he shrugged his shoulders and said “I just work here”. When I tried explaining again, he simply repeated “I just work here”. Management might need to retrain their staff in basic customer service and business practice.

The pack of dills have implemented a new policy that they won't transfer products from another store if its unavailable and send you all over town looking for the item you need. Short-sighted idiocy. Avoid

Don't bother going to anaconda for anything fishing related if you are new to it. The asian man (didnt bother trying to get his name) there needs an attitude readjustment. Treats you like you are stupid and annoying. You are better off going to the friendly staff at BCF 50metres opposite to get fishing gear.
