Brett needs to really get some customer service skills. Very rude and disgusting to my son and I today. Took my boy today (after chatting a couple of days ago to another worker there) long story short.. took him fishing with his new rod and it snapped. I’m not a fisher, I take all the boys. My son explained to Brett that he hooked a fish with a whatever it was, and the rod snapped. Brett was so rude! I stood back as my boy explained what happened and he basically called him a liar! I’ll stick to BCF from now on with the way he spoke today. Disgusting! I’ll be putting in a formal complaint too

I couldn't find a price for the backpack I was looking at and couldn't find anyone to help me. I ended up going to the checkout to check the price. I then asked for a Gift Card and was told they had run out. Christmas week and they had no gift cards REALLY? Very poor management.

Spent half hour looking around the store for assistance from anyone that worked in the store. Found 3 workers just chatting about their plans for the weekend. When I approached them they told me they would call someone over to help me. I called them out on the fact one of them could answer my question instead of just chatting about the upcoming weekend. They responded very rudely that they could call someone over to assist me or I could just help myself out the choice was mine. It's safe to say I walked out with my money in my pocket and went to BCF. Walked in the door to bcf had my question answered in less the 2 minutes and walked out with the items I was wanting to purchase. Safe to say I know where I'm going next time.

Grabbed a bargain at Anaconda. Needed a light cause there have been so many power outages and can't read in the dark. 1800 lumens rechargeable said 150 bucks so I checked online and it said 70 bucks so no more expensive Duracell Ds and lots of light, so economical.

Was in the store yesterday looking for shoes. Seen a young girl marking down prices on sale clearance. I asked her about them and she was very helpful and looked all through them to get my size. I ended up with 2 pairs that cost less than the identical pair I had in my hands. Can't fault them on anything. Great service.
