Unfortunately I don't know the name of the lovely young lady who looked after me this morning. I was after some pool shoes. She laughingly told me they're also called various names. She directed me to where they were, then when she knew my size, said she knew where the last pair were in my size. They were on special and are perfect for my needs. I don’t ever leave reviews however I just had such a great experience at this branch. I reluctantly went in to find a pair of sandals for my son with ASD. He can be quite challenging and sasha was just phenomenal when dealing with him. Incredibly patient and kind, nothing was too much trouble. She had an instant solution to every problem that he found due to his sensory issues. My son left the store beaming after this experience. A real gem and a true asset to your company

Had one of the best customer experiences at anaconda Innaloo today. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Darcy in tents. He looked quite busy but took time to come over and help me find the right stuff for my price range. Many thanks to the staff at Anaconda.

I checked online before going to the store to ensure my item was not on the excluded list for returns. However, when I arrived, the staff dismissed me outright, insisting it could not be returned and looking for any flimsy excuse. Before I could respond, the man I was dealing with ran to the back, leaving me standing there.

I knew they were wrong, as another store accepted the return without issue.

With such poor customer service, I will actively avoid this location.

went to go buy hiking shoes for the first time at Anaconda Innaloo. The very nice girl Ava helped me the whole time and was fantastic and very patient as I tried on a lot of different shoes! props to her and I will definitely be going back if I ever need any outdoor equipment

Fantastic service by Josh today who went above and beyond finding us the last of the stock for a particular tent. Very helpful and did it all with a smile. Great range of products, awesome pricing (post-Xmas sales) and great service all round.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to receive a refund for a broken pair of shoes. Finally got to the front and the young staff said they needed a manager. I then waited 15 more minutes only for another young staff member to inform me that “sorry he doesn’t know” and that the assistant manager was out sick and “you can come back next week when she’s back”. 40 minutes all up just to be told to come back. Pathetic.
