Extremely disappointed- wasted my time and received zero communication. I placed a Click and Collect expecting it to be ready in 2 hours, as clearly mentioned in the stores’s policy.
After 2 hours, I got to the store only to be told that the item is out of stock and they’ll just refund the money. No one bothered to call or email to let me know that the item wasn’t available especially when you’ve had TWO HOURS to figure it out. This complete lack of communication shows zero respect for customers time and effort.
Had they simply contacted me, I could have avoided wasting my weekend driving for nothing that’s atleast an hour drive back and forth.

I strongly recommend others think twice before their “Click and Collect” Service. It’s unreliable, and clearly, customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

Visited the store during lunch break to explore some ideas for sleeping accessories for camping. Grace is very friendly, helpful, professional, patient and kind. She showed me around a few options/solutions for my need and has been very patient in answering my questions. Unfortunately I decided to buy the equipment elsewhere, but definitely giving Grace a 10/10 of her wonderful service!

They had everything I needed. I helped myself to tent as no one was around to help. Then wen we found someone he wasn't the most eager to help. very messy tent area. They need better organisation of tents. Bloke couldn't tell me what colour tent was. I bought the 8p instant up Coleman. I'd recommend maybe the 6 p. Or maybe just atleast expect like most tents the tent will never go back in back how it came. Prefer for extra space needed when leaving camp grounds

It's hard to believe in a shop that lacks communication btw staff and an understanding of what to explain to the customer when selling a product in special 😮‍💨 Unbelievable! I'm a customer of the shop, I like the products but I recommend everyone to be very careful with what you buy on promotion and even before removing from the shop check all the details. Read all the terms if they are visible in case of any promotion. It looks like a trap!

Warehouse-style sports superstore bulging with mostly average to poor quality sportswear, pool camping and fishing gear. No help except at check-out. No nearby cafes or facilities but good if you're only interest is to park your SUV as close as possible.

The staff are knowledgeable and nice.
Let me test my battery on their battery enclosure to make sure it would fit before I bought it. Got it for 55% off with Black Friday Sale through their free Adventure club discount.
