Everything was wonderful in this gas ⛽️ station except the customer service which is the most important thing in such places.

Between the high challenges between the gas stations around, Caltex team should be more careful about this point.
Nowadays Greeting and smiling are essential things to any successful business and it’s free.

Service here is terrible. Their system keeps going down. Been here 5x, system has been down twice. Staff do not appear to be properly trained. Good prices if they're actually operating the 24hrs they're supposed to be operating.

You gotta be kidding! Sometimes, I feel like a humble meat pie after hours so I go to the servo. It used to cost me a month ago $5.50, still a bit steep, but I gotta craving. Now, they charge $5.95 for the same pie in a plastic sealed bag. Yes, I bought one, but never again!!! They call themselves d Foodary, should be called d Foolery.

In a busy time there is no second person in morning coffee since last two years.

Team member dont even know what is difference between cap and flat white.

When you ask for something through the glass when they’re closed, don’t expect the Indian to understand what you need. We need more aussies in these shops. Bought the wrong thing because I couldn’t see it and can’t return it unopened. Very strange.

Very nice coffee. Friendly staff always ready to help and open 24 hours a day. Very useful when you want to buy a pack of cigarettes or some drinks or even coffee at night. I suggest the cafe latte. Delicious.
