Went there on Saturday night to fuel my car because they accept Everyday rewards. The employee didn’t scan my rewards card properly and told me unfortunately, today there’s no discount on fuel.
I didn’t argue because I was in a rush, but of course now I don’t have $90 worth of points and no 4 cents a liter discount. How hard is it to do your job properly. Seriously…

Staff member refused to honour my NRMA 10c/l discount because the scanning machine wasn’t working . I asked him several times to look into how he could manually input the discount and he blatantly refused .

Very nice shop assistant on this day and it was my first visit to ampol and my first use of ampol fuel card and the man helped me though the purchase process and made the whole event a very easy process thankyou mate from bryce the meter reader who visited you thursday this week cheers mate 👍 😀
