Crap & terrible staff at night. Do not have any idea on customer service. I will take this to Ampol Consumer services and then Aistralian Consumer Rights as well. I got a bread and after 1 min when I realised that I do not want white they didn't offer the return. It was hardly after 1 min and Brad was as new as if it was delivered from bread makers.

Not sure why they use the name the Foodary when they don’t offer many food options and nothing is fresh there is a new petrol station on edmonson park called OTR who stocks so many fresh hot foods and many more things just saying that the name does not suit if you’re not going to have what the name suggest.

Terrible Experience at Ampol
I had a very frustrating experience at this Ampol petrol station, which I feel compelled to share. I fueled up my car for $76.85, but the staff member, Nabi, was talking on the phone while working. When another customer came to purchase cigarettes, Nabi mistakenly added my fuel to their account and charged them for everything together.

When the error was pointed out, the process to resolve it was incredibly slow and unprofessional. Nabi wasted over 30 minutes of our time trying to sort out a simple refund for the other customer. To make matters worse, the coffee machine at the station wasn’t working, adding to the overall frustration of the visit.

Such unprofessional behavior and lack of basic services are unacceptable. Ampol should take steps to ensure their staff are focused, well-trained, and their facilities are properly maintained. This experience was disappointing and frustrating, and I won’t be visiting this station again.

The guy at the register has no communication skills at all,came across as ignorant and abrupt. I always use Ampol service station as I am on the road a lot and fill up 3-4 times a week and yhis being my local service station but unfortunately due to the experience I had this morning I will not be filling up here any more (unless desperate)...
