If I could give no stars I would. I went here on 23/1 at about 9:20pm to get some petrol and smokes. The guy that was working there ask me “how long have you been overweight for”. Safe to say I was taken aback. I asked him again what he said and he repeated the same question whilst holding my packet of smokes after I paid for them. He didn’t give them to me until I answered his question. It’s really none of their business how people look. It’s really pathetic, I will definitely not be coming back here even if it was the last petrol station on earth.

Staff are generally unhelpful, mainly because they don't seem to know what they're doing. I haven't ever been able to get Rewards discount even though they have scanned the card. They just say "it doesn't work here."

I buy 5 chicken tenders in a box for $5.95 five times a week. This morning there were only 3 in a box for the same price. What a rip off. Lady at the counter said things have changed. I buy $250 a week diesel. I have to go somewhere else now.

Always puts the pertol price up before anyone else ripping their customers off - Treats their customers withh no respect as staff are rude - the worst petrol station in Melbourne - dont deserve my custom anymore.

The petrol bowser jumps upon fill up, I’m talking $2 on the metre and petrol hasn’t even gone into the car yet. Tried multiple bowsers and same thing. This was my go to station and now I can’t go because of this.

Very slow fuel pumps that take forever to fill up compared to other petrol stations. Lately while refuelling with 95, the pump stops entirely and refuses to continue. Attendant just says they'll "inform their manager" but nothing has changed.

Visited 25/12/2020 at 07:14am, Worse experience at this fuel station, staff was very unprofessional and rude. There were 2 staff members and i noticed they didn't greet any customer. Not even Hi or hello,
The female operator refused to give me uber discount and asked me to open the uber app and show the scan code from there not the screenshot. It never happened before with me at any caltex station. This was the first time at any caltex staff who asked to open uber app to show them. Such a disrespect and disgrace in front of other customers. I really felt humiliated that time. Plus for woolworths rewards they only give you points not 4cents per litre discount.
Strongly recommend not to visit as you will not get any discount. Moreover, price is always higher then nearby petrol stations. I ll recommend you liberty just 1 kilometer away from this caltex and you don't need any discount from there as their price is always low. Very disappointed from this caltex star mart, i ll never go again it was my third bad experience at this place.
First experience was i visited this place for tea but they only sell coffee which is rubbish as well. Second experience was when i visited for car wash and it was closed for some reason (out of order).
I think they should change there management or get some advice from other franchisees.
On Christmas day they were standing there with sleepy and rude faces. Seriously? I don't think they deserve a single star but unfortunately u have to give star to post your review.

Quick and friendly. The store had a great variety of drinks and treats & bits, etc. Diesel price tends to be consistent here. Thx 👍🏻
