Around 5:50 PM today, I walked into a gas station to buy a coffee. I picked a coffee from the fridge and waited to pay. The employee had stepped outside for a smoke, so I stood there waiting.

When they came back, they asked me if I was doing okay. I replied that I was fine. Then, they asked me the same question again, and I answered again that I was fine. They suddenly looked annoyed.

Eventually, I asked if there was a problem. In the end, they refused to sell me the coffee and told me to leave the store.

I was furious because their behavior was incredibly rude. Did I do something wrong? Was it because I said I was fine? Why did they have such a big problem with that?

Thanks for the awful service—really appreciate this terrible experience. Or was it because they saw me as Asian and treated me this way? They didn’t act like this toward the other customer.

I feel really hurt. I just wanted to buy a coffee. Or was it because I interrupted their smoking break? But why were they even allowed to smoke at a gas station? That seems really strange.

Check the security cameras. There should be footage—unless they deleted it already.

I am very happy to say that Jay is excellent at what he does, I have been dealing with for the past 8 years and he’s always helpful to me. Every time I come by he’s always welcoming me into the store, having a conversation with me and seeing how I am going. Great customer service 5 stars…

Most useless 24 hour fuel station I’ve ever been to. This is about the 5 th your I’ve gone here to stand there and look stupid while the person inside either ignores me and doesn’t even come into sight or tonight, continues mopping the floors and won’t even look at me to acknowledge I’m there.
I waited 15 minutes. Pressed the bell, said hello numerous times. It’s beyond a joke rude, uncalled for a terrible excuse for 24 hour service station - 0 stars or service. Useless.

Went in today to buy few bags of ice I purchased 2 for $11 as I walked out I saw an advertisement on the ice box that said 3 bags for $12 asked the cashier if I can pay another dollar to get the 3rd bag refused to accept my card and only wanted cash the inconvenience was just ridiculous, not every carry’s cash these days and the fact AMPOL is a well known petrol station who would have thought they only accept cash ? And she couldn’t even explain why she can’t take my card ? Or fix the situation ? She could have easily just refunded the $11 and made me repurchase for $12 ? But no she made life so inconvenient! I think ampol should rethink who they should be hiring these days !

Customer service at the servo is very bad, Specially the guy name JAY is such a bad name for this company . He is so rude and arrogant. I’ll never be back to this business until this guy works here and I’ll suggest everyone to avoid this place if you can !!

The horrible young lady at the service station was absolutely terrible and I didn’t like how mouthy she got with me she changed the price without telling me it said $5 on the product and she rung it up and it was $6.60 I am a very broke young man and simply can’t afford these prices never going back

I come to this pump for fueling my car a guy name JAY uses vulger language and forced me to speak English btw I don’t know too much English
I think his job is only to charge me for fuel not for forcing me to speak English
