I visited Ampol Austral this morning and accidentally provided the wrong pump number. A staff member named Jenifer assisted me with the issue and resolved it quickly and efficiently.Her customer service was exceptional—very friendly and professional. She even informed me about current promotions. Every staff member could learn from her great attitude.

I usually fill up petrol here all the time but after today’s disgusting service I’ll never go here again! I asked the worker if she could give me change for a 50 she told me “no, you need to buy something”….. are you joking how hard is it to open the till I’ll never return here after that and I have 2 cars I fill up twice a week so it’s a nice loss simply cause your staff are inhumane. Where’s your humanity. Train your workers Ampol or simply sack people who are inconsiderate because no one wants to deal with shitty customer service.

I’d give no stars if I could! Advertises that they open at 4:30, this is literally 4:38AM and still no one! Staff rocked up at 4:32 and still not opened. Useless!

This place has a neatly maintained toilet within the shop and also has baby changing table. This place also has a Boost juice store inside. Usual ampol prices for fuel

Stop by this morning to buy myself something. Unfortunately, the servo guy scamed me!

I bought 1 Fanta, including a sausage roll and the servo guy said, to get 1 x V energy drink for $0.50 to make my total purchase to $6.00.

Upon hearing this, I go and get the drink. But to my surprise, the total cost of my purchase was up to $ 9.80 which was not right to me.

Infact, I saw it depicts that the V enegery drink was $0.50 but don't know why the servo guy didn't give the $0.50 price to me
