Great Fabulous Venue!!! The space is amazing and has multiple rooms for large groups to gather in! Each room has its own charm, and the space is filled with lovely furniture and gorgeous architecture! The staff are amazing! Incredibly friendly and helpful! I recently hosted a party at this event and was an amazing! Had wonderful feedback from all my friends and family saying they adored the space!! The drinks and food are DELICIOUS! ( high praise for the rice paper rolls and mac and cheese croquettes!) The bar is incredibly well managed, if you are planning your next party Amelia Shaw is a must pick venue ! You won’t regret it

If I could rate my friends and mine experience here, it would be a 0/5 however 1 is the lowest you can rate a place on google. My friend was celebrating his 30th birthday here last Friday night where the staff accused another one of my friends who attended the party, of being apart of an extremest hate group. My friend has a tattoo of the year 1988 visible on his head (the birth year of his relative) so the staff decided this was too similar to 88 for their liking and proceeded to ostracise him all night and ask him to leave the premises. Even after explaining multiple times that the tattoo had nothing to do with this symbol and offering to cover it up, this wasn’t enough for the staff and wanted our friend to leave the private birthday party. In the end, we all decided to leave which was upsetting for everyone involved, especially the person who’s birthday it was who had already paid a small fortune for the party to be held at this bar.
I for one will absolutely never set foot in and support a business who bullies and outcasts people based on their choice of a HARMLESS tattoo.

A cool spot that usually isn't so busy that you can't have a conversation. The cocktails are good and about the same price as anywhere else.

My only warning is to check their Facebook page first to ensure they're open to the public. Last I checked, they will occasionally shut to the public if they have a big booking.

Great wine in a cosy bar upstairs. I love the separate rooms, you can really have an in depth conversation without having to yell!
