This company lacks respect for its employees and operates with significant disorganization. The work environment is hostile, with inappropriate treatment of staff, including yelling and demoralizing behavior. I do not recommend establishing any kind of contractual relationship with them.

Just got a call from some. Random call centre worker called John. Kinda put me down for my work experience in hospitality. Which exceeded his. As he’s just a call centre worker. I was lead to believe it was a venue I was applying for a job. NOT a recruitment agency. Very bad customer service. Very dismissive & disrespectful.
Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Great agency to work for!
Have been working for Alseasons for a few months now and have had a really great employee experience! I work closely with the agency staff and they make sure I have as many shifts as I’m after and super easy as a casual to block off leave with no questions asked - this is particularly important to me as an employee.
A fulfilling experience to be part of the hospitality industry and am thanked by the staff at the locations I work at as they have also had excellent experiences with this agency and their staff members such as myself. Highly recommend Alseasons.

So far i have really good experience working with Alseasons. If you are a chef who wanted different kind of exposure of working for different venues I absolutely recommend Alseasons as they are diverse and have plenty opportunities. The agents were all friendly and easy to talk to.

Working with Alseasons was one of the best jobs i've have since moving to Sydney. From boardrooms to banquets, Alseasons has been an enjoyable experience. Special shout out to Nathan Ruch in the office for being amazing and taking care of the agency staff. Here's a picture i took of the friends i made at Alseasons, this is us cleaning cutlery after a dinner of 1300 people. Its honest work. 10/10 recommend.

Very unpleasant experience. I applied for a job and also passed a telephone interview.
But after waiting for a few days, I did not receive an email confirmation.
I called back but they delayed for two days to replied to my call.

When she called back, she asked me to check my spam in an impatient tone (but I didn’t receive it). Finally, she said that they had problems with the sending system.

However, when I went to the counter, the counter staff used a very impatient tone to blame me for being late and not calling.

I was five minutes late but it was raining heavily.

If even the company’s staff are so unprofessional and have bad customer service, what else can say?

After seeing my comment, their employees called to hope that I could cancel the comment and ask me what I can do to help and improve.

In addition to making the above things clearer.
I also mentioned that the front desk staff is very rude, has no empathy,
and the way she talk is very humiliating.
This is why I canceled the interview directly.
Speaking art, empathy, customer service and sincerity. Isn't this the most important things in the hospitality industry?
If the company’s employees attitude like this, How can we work with them in the future?

I strongly hope that no one will suffer the same experience in the future.
