Rating the hotel restaurant only, as we didn't stay in the hotel.

We had booked a table so there wasn't any waiting times. I definitely recommend booking, as the place was packed on a Saturday night!!!

The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The atmosphere was calming. Fireplace lit, live music on, and people having a good time! Clean and tidy.

We loved the food. The potions were great. And despite the large amount of patrons, the food came out very quickly! We found the prices reasonable.

We have absolutely loved coming here in the past, unfortunately when we arrived we were told there was no service happening until after breakfast.

Once other customers started walking in and out alcohol and drinks were served but we were told we were unable to order. The door continued to be locked and if a customer managed to go in they were able to be served a drink despite being told we weren’t able to order? So once my partner managed to get inside he was able to order a drink for us.

The outdoor area is awesome and it is so lovely to sit in the sun with dogs, watch classic cars go past and enjoy the surroundings.
The staff were run off their feet and doing an amazing job, it’s just disappointing we weren’t able to order despite the venue being open.

Super cool venue. Clean inside fit out with a fire place, dining setting and walk up bar. The staff were all extremely attentive and welcoming with smiles and good service. A beautiful beer garden outside and a GREAT Parma with their special gravy sauce.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting, lovely clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, quick service. They have excellent facilities for bikes and very good allergen information in the restaurant. My only constructive criticism was that the salad and chips were totally over-salted and the Wagyu burger was overcooked. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and will definitely return.

We stayed in Warburton seven weeks ago and had dinner at the Alpine—what an experience! The scotch fillet steak was absolutely delicious, the best we’ve ever had. We enjoyed it so much that we returned five weeks later for an overnight stay and another exceptional meal. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic — so much fun, and made even more memorable by the incredible talent of Stephen McCulloch. His performance brought the night to life and added an unforgettable energy to the evening.

The Alpine is a beautiful building with charming rooms, full of character and warmth. Once again, the food was outstanding, and the service from the staff made the visit even more special—they were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

We’re already planning our next visit in a few weeks, this time to try the lamb for two, which came highly recommended by the staff. Can’t wait to be back!

New Breakfast service. We were the first to take part in the Hotel’s new breakfast service for the general public. Food was wonderful, the three of us chose Smashed Pea and Avocado on Sourdough and it was beautiful. Coffees and Spiced Chai were done twice because of how nice they were as well. Great service from all staff there, really friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is great. Seating, heating and ambience for breakfast was perfect for us. Will happily do this again in the awesome setting of Autumnal Warburton 👍

I recently visited this pub for lunch on Easter Sunday with a group of 8 adults, and I have to say, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had.

When ordering food, we were informed by a staff member that the entire table needed to order at the same time for our meals to be served together. My elderly mother kindly explained that it wouldn't be an issue if our meals came out at different times, as we were perfectly fine with it. However, the server, who had noticeable nose piercings and long black hair, responded by mumbling something inappropriate under her breath. When I pointed out her offensive language, she aggressively denied it, even though several of us clearly heard her.

Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of the poor service. The same lady continued to treat our table rudely while serving others when ordering and seemed to take pleasure in discussing us with her colleagues, including what appeared to be the manager. We noticed the staff laughing and glancing at our table, which felt extremely unprofessional and childish.

To make matters worse, I found it completely unacceptable that a staff member would swear under her breath in the presence of an 80-year-old woman. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on the establishment.

I strongly suggest that management reevaluates the training and conduct of their staff, particularly the woman with the piercings, as she adds no value to the pub's reputation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this pub,at all!

Overall, a very disappointing outing, and I hope others take this into consideration.
