Your company sent me plastic containers which were improperly packaged, no packing foam or padding. One of the contains has been damaged and cannot be used.

I sent an email in response asking for some assistance and no response for 2 x months!

- Bad customer service
- Poorly shipped and packed goods

The worst company you could ever deal with. Absolutely clueless from the manager all the way to the receptionist.

You buy a product and ask to return it a couple days later in a new condition and everything not even the tape is touched and they charge you 25% restocking fee. They don't even know their return policy.

To embarrass themselves even more, they promise to call and never do or don't reply to emails at all.

Place is a dump. Nepean Hospitality is the best in penrith

Would not even award 1 star if possible. 25% restocking fee for a returned product ( not up to standard for the advertised use)….this is the maximum fee! The product was not unwrapped….just the tape on the carton needed to be replaced! Close to $700! A lot of money for a small business. Be aware before buying anything from this company. No communication possible either.. They ignored any attempt from fair trading to come to an amicable solution. Shame on you! Hope this will save someone from being ripped off.
