I dealt with this company, I gave them my range to distribute after a health issue, if you would like to hear about how they went about it , just let me know. Needless to say I was not happy with the outcome.
WELL it seems Alpen have responded, maybe now would be appropriate to post photos of the job they did, but of course I can't do that because they made me sign a document saying I was not allowed to post photos or they would withhold money owed to me, that is correct folks, they did not however put in that letter that I could not post the letter. It is quite easy to get an opinion of the quality of this company, all you have to do is look at the ranges they represent, then try and find substantial ranging in Supermarkets, you may find the end of the rainbow first.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOUR DEALS WHICH THEY MAKE TO SUPERMARKETS.
WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT STORE AND WERE ASKED BY A REP FROM THIS COMPANY TO REMOVE OPPOSITION STOCK WHICH CAME TO THE VALUE OF $510.30 AND REPLACE IT WITH ALPEN STOCK AND WOULD BE REIMBURSED A TOTAL OF $300.00 (AS ALPEN AGREED TO PURCHASE THE OPPOSITION STOCK TO USE THAT FLOOR SPACE).

THIS DEAL WAS MADE APPROX 3 MONTHS AGO. WE HAVE RECEIVED STOCK FROM ALPEN AND REMOVED OPPOSITION STOCK AS PART OF AGREEMENT, HOWEVER WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE AGREED $300.00 REIMBURSEMENT.

WE SINCE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ALPEN FROM JUN 2017 AND WITHOUT FAIL WE GET THE SAME ANSWER FROM ALPEN - "ALPEN ASKS FOR YOUR NUMBER AS THEY APPARENTLY ONLY HAVE ONE PHONE LINE AND CAN NOT TALK TO YOU. ( I STRONGLY BELIEVE THIS COMPANY HAS MORE THAN ONE PHONE LINE). SURPRISE SURPRISE ALPEN DOES NOT CALL BACK.

FROM OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE HAPPY TO TAKE TAKE TAKE BUT YOUR ON YOUR OWN WHEN ITS THERE TURN TO GIVE.
