Had an amazing tour with Shane for my partner's birthday treat. Shane was on time, courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable of the area, and the cellar doors and establishments we visited knew and respected him. We visited lovely boutique wineries that were not the ordinary large-tourist draws, and as a result the wine tour had a much more intimate, specialized feel. A great day, and I would definitely book Shane again - in fact I am thinking of hiring him for a whole day for my friends and I for my birthday in a few months! Thanks for making our weekend, Shane!

We were very impressed with the service delivered by Shane and Jacquie when we booked a return journey for 6 to a wedding in the Hunter Valley. It was very reassuring to know we had reliable, prompt and reasonably priced transport confirmed. The communication to us was excellent, both Shane and Jacquie were extremely friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their business to others. A big 'thank you' to both!

Booked a half day tour in Saturday, was picked up on time and was very friendly. Shane took us to 3 wineries that felt off the beaten track. They were not crowded and we never felt rushed. We tasted wine in the sun overlooking the vineyards. it was just a lovely day. highly recommended. I'm back in Jan and will absolutely book again.

We had a serious problem with our driver Shane. At the final winery of the day during a specially organised tasting, the driver suddenly became impatient, wanting to leave early. His behaviour escalated into yelling at us to get on the bus and threatening to leave without us. When confronted by a member of our tour group about his behaviour he stated that he had the flu and wanted to leave. When we contacted the company they apologised but didn't seem particularly interested. I would give zero stars but Google requires a minimum rating of one to post the review.

Darrell was our driver he was very obligating and informative about the history of the Hunter Valley I would use him again he was punctual and reliable
