Great life experience and absolute 5 star service. Our flight got cancelled couple days before the departure. Ian and his team jumped right onto the issue and managed to get all ~20 of us alternative flights and a hotel at Manila for the unplanned extra day. I will go with Allways if I have another chance to.

I was leading a trip to Atmosphere Resort in Dumaguete in the Philippines with 12 others on behalf of Frog Dive in Sydney. There were a few twists and turns for the Allways team to deal with including all the schedules being changed by the airline requiring an overnight in Manila as well as a change of carrier. Add to that a last minute cancellation due to medical reasons and some travelling at different times to Manila and it was good to have someone else handling it all! It was all managed very well, the trip went smoothly, the transfers worked and the resort was every bit as good as described. All round a great trip and Allways were efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

We recently did a trip to Rajah Ampat which we booked through Allways Dive Expeditions. Prashun at Allways recommended the resort, put together an excellent itinerary and booked all the flights. Getting to Rajah Ampat requires several flights and an overnight stay. All the flights, connections, stopovers and transfers both to and from Rajah Ampat worked brilliantly. The dive resort was fantastic with great service, food and fabulous diving. This is around the sixth dive trip I have booked through Allways and their recommendations and itineraries have been faultless. Highly recommended.

Prashun organised our recent dive holiday to the Maldives giving us various options for a liveaboard and resort diving. We settled on a week liveaboard diving and a few days "de-gassing" at a resort afterwards. Prashun was easily accessible via e-mail for all of our questions and discussions during the organisation of the trip. We will be using Allways Dive Expeditions to organise future dive holidays.
