AllTrails Paris to Copenhagen was a great trip and while not cheap, met or exceeded our expectatons regarding hire bike quality, hotel standard, inclusions such as many evening meals, walking tours etc and level of organisation. Our European guides Sonia, Anna and Jorg were fantastic and it was great having owners Richard and Jo riding with us. Our large group got on well and while some days were challenging, we all enjoyed riding between into and through the often gorgeous villages towns and larger cities.

Myself, my father, and my sister attended the Great Victorian Bike Ride with AllTrails in November 2024. This was not our first GVBR, but our first time with AllTrails.

We were certainly not disappointed. It was a great 9 days.

The staff, including Midge in the office (for which nothing was too hard) were great , and made the trip fun and engaging.

Richard, Jo, Doug, Steve and Louise were easy to get along with, and were very attentive to the groups needs. We always felt safe, that our bikes were secure, and that we were in good hands.

I would highly recommend the AllTrails experience.

My husband and I had an amazing time on the Tassie Loop tour in February. The tour was well organised, logistics were well catered for, we felt safe on the ride with support from Andrea and Doug, Andrea’s knowledge of the area and additional facts and insights added to the experience. We’ll definitely be booking another trip with AllTrails.

Simply awesome! Travelling interstate, you really want to know that everything is planned and the whole set up by AllTrails was seamless. The level of guidance and support for each step, where to meet, when, what to expect, how to prepare was excellent.

To the support team along the way, each day is nicely outlined the evening before, the various stops for refuelling, directions and highlighted points of interest are all very clear. Great stopover locations and accommodation, good food and lovely to have the company of a group of riders all there for the same outstanding experience. Highly recommended!

Brilliant people. Well organized. We enjoyed an amazing 3 weeks on our Tassie Tour. Disappointed at Alltrails endorsement of Rentmybike. We had a very poor experience of that company's performance and integrity

Live life BIG! Take the challenge to ride many kilometres and see parts of Australia (and selected other parts of the world) with AllTrails Bicycle Tours. Cost effective luxury I call it! 4 star motels, most meals provided and on trail support. Plus our bags were transported forward to our cycling destination every day. I recommend this tour company 100%. This trip we rode 6 rail trails in Gippsland. I'll be back next year to ride some more trails in Western Victoria. Great comradely with the other 19 cyclists and the staff. It was so much fun!

I have toured with All Trails twice now: the 2023 and the 2024 Great Victorian Bike Ride tours, and I can honestly say that I could not have completed the rides without them. Having someone else organise the logistics when you are on a riding holiday, takes so much of the stress out of it. The team are super organised and friendly. Jo and Richard’s organisation and Midge’s back room admin skills helped us all, and Lou’s massages kept me going. I will definitely tour with All Trails again!

Yes, well above and beyond expectations! Did the Great Ocean Road, 4 days 3 nights, arrived in Melbourne Sunday afternoon after 367km or so. Alltrails are great hosts and the group of guests (18) were great company all along the way. Hotels, stunning sights all very well selected. I hadn't realised we would get so much support and guidance (good briefings, maps and sign posting on the actual route means you barely need to navigate for yourself, and most of the time you're following each other anyway, as we were all of similar fitness and ability). BUT - I had a particularly nasty mechanical failure, (despite new wheels and a fresh service, and a well packed hard shell bike bag, packed by my bike shop). Well, the help and mechanical support from Doug and the team was priceless and what they did to help get me back on the road was beyond what I could have ever hoped and it prevented my experience being a complete disaster.( Thank you also Jo/Richard! You are truly Deus Ex Machina) . We all made it safe and sound and very happy to Melbourne.

As for the experience to expect, I also agree with EVERY WORD of the review by "Gillian Coleman" so I suggest you just read that.
