DO NOT RECOMMEND. I booked accommodation online via their website with email confirmation. I arrived at 8pm after a long trip, solo with my young kids to be told that that was their 'old booking system' and that we did NOT have accommodation booked. They had no rooms to offer.
The part that got me was all the man said was ' goodluck finding any accommodation in Wagga tonight ' with out any care. No offer of help or assistance despite it being their fault. Just see you later. 👎

Originally I wouldn’t have much to say about this place (or write a review) however the service here is simply shocking. The rooms were below average, didn’t matter much to us as we were there to just sleep as my family drove to support a graduating soldier. Let’s just say the man that works there doesn’t even know how to look at the system to find any bookings - he needed to call (I’m assuming) his wife. When we arrived no one was at reception, everything is locked. Now I wouldn’t usually complain about these things as I’m not that picky and it’s not like I picked a fancy hotel however, when I went to speak with the man about my accommodation mix up and refund (which he brought up and told me he would fix up and refund me) not only did he speak over me and didn’t let me say a word he proceeded to say that I told him I didn’t want a refund. Shouted at me and doesn’t even know the prices of each room. Not to mention on the website it states that the rooms have dealing fans, ironing board + iron and in fact that wasn’t anywhere to be seen. (Not that I needed those however he told me that he could bring these things to me. I should’ve requested the ceiling fan, I wonder how he was going to install that one. My mum went to find a iron during our stay and everything is locked and the guy was no where to be seen. He was telling me that I’m making a drama and his rude attitude put me off the whole entire stay. He straight up ruined the whole weekend we spent with my family.

For a run down motel you would at the very least expect some kind of customer service and also be able to have a basic right to speak. I was contemplating packing the kids in the car and sleeping in there.

If I could leave a no star review I would. We checked in got in our room. As soon as we opened the door the smell was horrific. Smelt like mould. The place was a dump. We went into town and thankfully found a great place with one room left. Lots of events on so everything was booked out. We demanded a refund as there was no way anyone could stay in the room. Refund was given. Council should shut this place down.

I was on my way to Adelaide and had a lay over. Called them at 3:30pm while trying to book online and getting an error, they processed my booking over the phone and making it so easy. I arrived at 7:35pm and they had already sent me a message and email with instructions how to access my room & keys. I took my 3 year old to the pool, it was not bad. Room had everything you need in working order. Ac, fridge, iron, kettle, microwaive, hair dryer. Rooms were clean and had no smell unlike other motels. My family was super happy with the decision to stay here. Kudos to the management. If i ever travel to adelaide by road again this is my place to stay for sure!!! 🙏🍻🥂.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I am pleasantly surprised! The kitchen is fully stocked with plates and other supplies. The room is very clean and I appreciate the extra blanket and bottle of water in the fridge. There is plenty of storage and the bed is comfortable. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely ridiculous, got there thinking it’s a good place to stay for a weekend away a nice pool and bbq family area..but I guess not. The pool was greeen and the bbq area was so filthy looks like it hasn’t been used in yonks. And walking around found a bong on the ground would be so good to expose kids to that!!! Room was OK there was bugs and spiders in my bed sheets and felt so dirty in the room since. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone I know.

Dishonest and greedy owners! I booked a room for my daughter’s touch football tournament for 2026 as rooms usually book out fairly quickly via Booking.com. Told my friends about it and they booked out the 3 remaining rooms. Owner must’ve got wind that something was going on and worked out that there was an event on so they sent me an email advising they were cancelling my booking even though it was confirmed. I rang them to enquire and lady on the phone told me there was something wrong with their system, when I said I didn’t believe her, she said they were planning on doing renovations and then the story changed again, they don’t take bookings that far ahead even though the dates were available on Booking.com. Just one lie after another ! Nothing but a money grab! Dishonest and unethical owners! In the end, I think they did me a massive favour based on the reviews that I have read before posting this review. Thank you for saving me from staying in your dump of a motel!
