The food was awesome here, and the size was massive. We had a parmi and chip which filled our plates it was delicious we also got to have all you can eat salad bar and hot vegi bar at no extra cost. Would recommend this place highly

Lived in Warrnambool for years and it was my first time going there. Food was good but disappointed when a situation arose and the owner herself did nothing and when we were made uncomfortable by one of their other customers that is not a local nothing was dealt with it. I had my two young children who did not need to experience this at all. I had to escort this woman away from our table as she was trying to start drama with my friends partner. Very disappointed in how this situation was dealt with. Never going back and going to make sure to tell everyone I know to not even bother with this pub!!

Absolutely disgusted with this place.
An incident occurred in the function room where another patron entered uninvited. There where children present she was yelling and abusing other patrons present.One patron escorted the woman out of the room as she was still yelling abuse. Staff member from the bar told us to shut up and grow up. Informed the manager she did not care at all and thought it was a laughing matter. Disgusted and totally humiliated. Will NOT be back and I certainly wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Was average Chicken Parma. Was expecting some salad and lemon wedges but none provided. Chips were pretty average. Service here sucks. They literally just throw the cutlery at the table and no serviettes provided. Felt like getting a favour serving food.

Had a quick stop over for food, we were amazed by the portions, should have just ordered one meal for the 3 of us, great staff and good food, bug thanks to the staff.
