HUGE gratitude goes out to these guys who organised a beautiful baby shower for our growing family. No detail was missed and no opportunity for pure unadulterated cuteness was passed up! All the decor ideas for unique, tasteful and creative. The chalk art was a total bonus and so cute! They even organised the games! Their communication throughout the planning process was also on point. Just one week before the event I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I sent them an email to let them know but I didn't expect them to change the menu or anything. But amazingly, at the last minute they altered the menu so I could eat EVERYTHING and they made an additional sugar-free dessert that I could actually eat. They were just wonderful. I 100% recommend using them for any kind of event. Thanks again ladies - you made our day so special! <3

The Riverside BIA (Riverside Business Improvement Area, located along Toronto's Queen St East) was fortunate to work with Melanie of All Wrapped Up Events on our 4th Annual Riverside Wine & Craft Beer Fest (April 3-7, 2018). All Wrapped Up provided the time and attention to detail that was needed to help support this growing event, which comprises a series of fun community-wide activities over a week's time. In addition to providing support and expertise on essential event elements like decor and materials, Melanie organized volunteer support from several local post secondary programs to enable our signature event of the festival to be a huge success, which helped raise significant funds for our charitable partner. We had a smoothly run and very successful festival, and give thanks to the time, support and resources from All Wrapped Up events!

OK Town

Melanie was our day planner for the day of our wedding. Melanie was super on point with everything and the whole party was a massive success with zero hiccups (on account of her). She really elevated the event.

Knowledgeable, super helpful prior to event and passed along her expertise to host a great event. Our chats prior to the event made me feel like she knew what she was doing (asked the right questions, made super insightful suggestions etc). She was a pleasure to work with, super professional and had a super calm demeanour (which is what you want in a event planner).

Would use her again and again and would recommend all her services.

We contracted her for day-of wedding coordination and from our very first chat, through our many emails, and finally the big day off, Melanie was quick to respond, so knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. She touched base with all of the other vendors beforehand to ensure everyone was on the same page as well. The day went off without a hitch and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Melanie did an awesome job decorating for our son’s 3rd birthday - car themed - decor was beautiful, she set everything up and took it down for us as well. She also had a couple items to entertain the kids and guests that we were able to rent. It was great not having to source decor ourselves and also nice that we didn’t have to buy stuff that would just go to waste

We hired Melanie for day-of coordination for our wedding. Because the wedding was at an unconventional venue, there were A LOT of moving parts - food deliveries from 3 different caterers plus homemade food items, rental items from 2 different companies plus DIY / personal items, hired staff that were unfamiliar with the venue - Melanie was able to coordinate all of it so that the event ran very smoothly. In addition, she answered questions of mine by email in the year leading up to the wedding, made helpful suggestions, and met with us for two venue walk-throughs. Melanie was always attentive and calm even when I was little chaotic! Would definitely recommend her services.

She's creative and helped come up with a fantastic idea that allowed my 5 year old to have the best birthday with a party that was tailored to him.
