We can’t thank the team at All Smiles enough for their impeccable service and professionalism throughout the whole process - from booking to the actual event.
A special mention to Nua who was nothing but kind, accommodating, helpful and generous. I have never received service quite like it. She ensured that we never had to worry about anything but enjoying our event. She assisted us with carrying items, lighting candles and packing up. We also had a large portion of guests with dietary requirements and Nua and her team were very adaptable. Everyone really enjoyed the food, service and views!! Thank you so much again team 🤍

From the first conversation with Dean in November 2024, all the way to the staff and team working on the night in May 2025 - I couldn't have asked for a more MAGICAL night and experience for my black tie event celebrating my business - The Butterfly Brand - Turning 10.

Absolutely everyone and everything about All Smiles is (and was) beautiful - the views, the organisation, the food, the communication, the team, the staff, the drinks.

I reached out in November 2024 to enquire about planning my 10 Year Business Anniversary and Healing Journal launch for May 2025. Meeting with Dean and Shell was wonderful, they answered all my questions and made the process very easy. My biggest question was: "Will there be enough food served on the night?" (ethnic life right?). Dean assured me that there would, and there was!

Leading up to the event, Nua was absolutely amazing, calm and wonderful. Whenever I had any organisation hurdles, she came to my rescue and alleviated all the stress. She helped me by opening the venue the night before the event so we can set up and focus only on the guests at the event - I cannot tell you how helpful that was considering all the inventory and gifts I had to set up.

Which brings us to the night itself. My goodness! Though I am an author and writer, words do not quite do enough justice for the night. My guests flew in from as far as upper North Queensland, Sydney and even Wollongong and Melbourne. ALL OF THEM loved the venue, loved the food, drinks, vibe and staff. I only had glowing reviews afterwards. Everyone said that the food kept coming and coming. And the drinks flowed all night too.I have hosted two other launches in the past and this is the first time my guests raved on and on about the venue and food/drinks.

As well as my guests, I was fussed over and looked after. After 7 months of organisation, sales, tending to all the nitty gritty details, and the stress of organising a black tie event - I felt that 10 year anniversary for my business and journal launch went better than I could've dreamed.

If we could give **All Smiles** more than five stars, we absolutely would! From start to finish, Fiona, Tui, Nua, and the entire food and beverage staff went **above and beyond** to make our special day seamless and stress-free. 💖

Their communication was flawless—every email was answered promptly, every request met with kindness and efficiency. On the day itself, their service was nothing short of exceptional. Every single one of our guests commented on how warm, attentive, and genuinely wonderful the staff were. They ensured no one went hungry, served **delicious** food that received endless compliments, and even went the extra mile to make sure we always had a drink in hand! 🍸✨

But what truly set **All Smiles** apart was their dedication—not just on our wedding day, but beyond. When we needed to change our pickup time the next morning, **one of their amazing staff members got in their car and arrived two hours early just to help us out**—who does that?! No request was too much, and their kindness made us feel completely relaxed throughout the entire experience.

This team isn’t just providing a service—they are **brilliant human beings** who genuinely care about making every moment special. We will **absolutely** be booking All Smiles again, whether it’s for a birthday or another special occasion, and we cannot recommend them enough!

My Family & I can’t thank the team at All Smiles enough, for helping me celebrate my 21st birthday (28/12/2024).

Nua & Tui are both lovely, they went above & beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, professional, and carried a down-to-earth nature.

The venue itself was stunning, with beautiful décor and plenty of space for my guests to mingle comfortably & dance endlessly. Whether it was the thoughtful attention to detail or the seamless service, every aspect of the evening was exceptional.

All Smiles definitely sets the tone for an unforgettable celebration. We highly recommend this venue if you’re yearning for a special moment to remember!

All Smiles was simply amazing! Perfect venue for my landmark birthday party! The booking process was straightforward and all the team were super engaged and responsive. Nua, our host on the day was FANTASTIC, attentive to every detail, catering to dietary requirements and accommodating requests we made at short notice most pleasantly. Food was delicious and plentiful, my 50 guests felt thoroughly looked after! Simply beautiful venue and I’ll recommend to anyone in a heartbeat! Absolutely memorable!🤗

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for our wedding night on the 26/10. From the gorgeous location, the amazing and abundance of food, the drinks and the organisation. We couldn't fault anything! All our guests were looked after from the moment they arrived. Our timeline for the day went perfectly and the VIP treatment of us (bride and groom) was incredible!

After searching high and low for the perfect venue for our cocktail wedding, we knew All Smiles Docklands was "the one." The team was incredibly flexible, letting us bring our vision to life—something rare among other venues, which felt so rigid despite costing more. Leading up to the big day, Fiona was exceptional; she promptly answered all our questions, putting us at ease. The day before, we got to do a rehearsal at the venue, which helped finalise all the little details. That’s where we met Nua and Tui, who were absolutely amazing.

On the wedding day, they went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed. They even snuck in Fireball shots for me and my bridesmaids right before we walked down the aisle! The staff truly know how to keep everyone happy, with drinks flowing, plenty of food, and a packed dance floor all night long. And a detail I loved that’s often overlooked: the bar is conveniently near the dance floor, so it always felt lively and accessible.

Everyone loved the cocktail style and appreciated not being confined to a seat—yet there’s plenty of seating available for anyone who wanted to chill or sit down to eat. The views were also amazing!

All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better night. If you’re a bride looking for a venue that genuinely cares about making your day special, I can’t recommend All Smiles enough!
