Working with Alyssa and her incredible team at Alinato Events was an absolute dream! I had the honor of collaborating with them on Rachael and Ben’s wedding at Chelsea Square in New York City this November, and it was nothing short of magical. From start to finish, Alyssa demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, creativity, and care, making this wedding one to remember for everyone involved.

The design of the wedding was breathtaking and so meticulously thought out—it truly stopped guests in their tracks. The cathedral ceremony featured stunning fall florals that were organic, moody, and romantic, perfectly complementing the season and the grandeur of the space.

The reception, held at the historic Refectory, was equally mesmerizing. With its soaring ceilings and timeless charm, the venue provided the perfect backdrop for Alinato's masterful design. Long tablescapes adorned with glowing candlelight, vibrant pops of color, and elegant scrolls at each setting created an atmosphere that was warm, inviting, and visually stunning. Every detail contributed to an unforgettable experience for the couple and their guests.

Alyssa’s communication throughout the planning process was seamless—she was always prompt, clear, and incredibly easy to collaborate with. Her ability to manage every aspect of the day so flawlessly made my role as the photographer so much easier, allowing me to focus on capturing the beauty and emotion of the celebration. Her attention to detail, expertise, and genuine care for her clients shone through in every interaction.

I cannot recommend Alyssa and her team highly enough. Their dedication to creating unforgettable, meaningful events is unmatched, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside them. Working with Alyssa, Aubrey, and the entire Alinato team was a dream. They are exactly what you want and need in a planner. Alyssa brings a vast vendor network, deep design expertise, and a warm candor that is so delightful to work with. She kept us on track and was always willing to go the extra mile (e.g., she hopped on FaceTime with us on a Friday at five multiple times). Particularly in New York City, where there are a million vendors to work with, having the peace of mind that Alyssa had done the diligence and built relationships with the best of the best was invaluable. You want to ride in a vintage cab? She has the best guy for it. You want your dog at the ceremony? She knows the most trustworthy company. You want your photographer at your rehearsal dinner? Sure, no problem, she will text them and make it happen.

She and Aubrey also made the wedding weekend SO smooth. We had to change our rehearsal dinner location last minute due to extenuating circumstances, and they both handled it was such grace and efficiency. It was supposed to thunderstorm up until a few hours before the ceremony, and they were calm and reassuring. Every part of the wedding day ran like clockwork from our perspective (I am sure things went awry, but we didn’t notice because Alinato so deftly handles everything!), and I truly cannot imagine not having them there. After 18 months of planning Alyssa and the Alinato team feel more like trusted friends than anything, and we’re so, SO glad we had the opportunity to work with them.

Alyssa and her team are incredibly talented and truly understand how to help couples create the wedding of their dreams. She helped my now-husband and me embrace our unique interests, encouraging us to find creative ways to incorporate aspects of ourselves into our wedding. I truly appreciated her honesty and willingness to step in whenever we needed her insight on certain decisions. She offered clear guidance and helped us make choices that best reflected our vision. Working with Alyssa and her team was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. My wife and I were both very busy with work during the planning phase of the wedding but Alyssa was on top of it to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. She was extremely easy to work with. We were relatively hands off for most of it and left it up to her and her vendors to make most of the decisions and the wedding turned out more perfect than we could’ve imagined. If I could give more stars, I would. I was not a bride that knew what I wanted and Alyssa and Emma really helped me create the wedding of my dreams. Wedding planning is stressful and overwhelming and they really supported us every step of the way. From building an all-star vendor team, to ensuring every detail was perfect day of, I could not recommend this team more. From the very beginning, Alyssa guided us in developing a plan that fit within our budget then worked directly with vendors to find creative ways to bring our vision to life without exceeding our budget. She helped us prioritize the budget and made recommendations on where we could save costs. She was spot on and our wedding was incredible, filled with so many personal details. Our wedding felt like us from the Wedding Mass to the after party. If we didn’t hire Alinato, the details that made our wedding, wouldn’t have happened. Our guests are still talking about our wedding and it’s not because they’re being polite, it’s because of the guidance of Alinato. If you’re an anti-bride, a couple that’s unsure where to start, or have your dream day vision board complete, hire this team. Most people say their wedding was the best day of their life. Alyssa and her team were organized, professional, and resourceful in helping to find and work with our venue, vendors, and all aspects leading up to and on our big day!
