Greek restaurant with good food. If you visit be sure to get the feta parcels.

Everyone was happy with their meals, however, the service was a little slow.

The dishes came out as they were prepared meaning some people received their mail when everyone else was basically finished.

Awesome food. We had the baked cheese and wrapped fetta for entree. Both very well done and tasty. Oxtail and crab pasta for main both awesome. Dessert we had the cheesecake which was a little less polished than the other courses. The pastry was a little soggy. Cocktails were nice. Toilets were clean but the soap dispenser in the male toilet wasn't working. Decor was not bad. Staff on the day we went were polite enough but not outstanding for the type of place this otherwise is.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Alia Bar in early January. The decor and atmosphere is elegant, warm and inviting and the music is fun. The food, drinks, and staff were exceptional. Peter and Juana's menu knowledge and drink pairings demonstrated skill and passion for their craft and food. The care the staff took when displaying the food is a rarity and showcased their talents. The art of service Alia demonstrates made for a truely special evening. Compliments to the cheifs, there is a lot of love and clean flavours in your dishes. Thank you. I highly recommend

Alia is definately above the high levels of great eats. Dishes are tastefully balanced, you know that they used premium and high quality food ingredients and meats. Their home made pastas are perfect. Drinks are something to be talked about. Desserts are fresh and flavorful. Service was exceptional with a friendly team that even talked a bit of the dishes and drinks served. It was a fantastic dining experience.

Had dinner here with a few friends tonight. Food and service were impeccable, would recommend the lamb cutlets as well as the garlic focaccia.
Big thanks to Annika and Jey who took care of our table, look forward to visiting again soon.

Had a pretty underwhelming food experience. The grilled watermelon salad - good. Quite liked the lamb gyros.

The only vegetarian main - the pumpkin - very bad. It was basically just a chunk of boiled or steamed pumpkin which was undersalted. I partly blamed myself then I checked the menu later and it said "roasted". It was not roasted. If it were roasted and properly salted then it'd probably be alright.

Good portion sizes. Staff were friendly, service was perfectly fine.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere. At first glance the menu seemed great, modern twist on greek classics. The food was nice, we had the saganaki, burrata, focaccia, chicken souvlaki and ordered the lamb gyros. Unfortunately the lamb order was not sent to the kitchen and not served. All the portions were small - especially considering the price point. The chicken souvlaki described as “a large platter” but had 2 small skewers.

The main issue was the service. We waited 20 minutes after being seated and had to ask if we could order our food and drinks. Drinks came 25 mins after we ordered them, food came 50 mins after we ordered. We understood at the end of the night that they had shortages with chefs and wait staff. Totally understandable and we would’ve appreciated if this was communicated to us to ease our frustrations.

At the end of the night one of the waiters gave us a round of drinks and a dessert, he apologised about a couple of the problems of the night. Has potential to be a great restaurant with portion size changes and better customer service training.
