Big thank you to Peter our Coach Captain who recently took us to see Vivid. My husband is a retired Bus Driver and we wish to say what a gentleman Peter is. So smooth in his driving and a pleasure to be on his coach. We unfortunately got a flat tyre just before we boarded the coach and on arrival back at Newcastle at 11pm at night Peter changed our tyre for us. What a kind man. 10/10 for customer service.
