Reception could not help us enough. We explained our accessibility requirements over the phone before arriving and all were catered for. We were welcomed to a room that was clean and cosy and very comfortable. The bathroom was dated but worked very well for circulation with the wheelchair. The restaurant was fabulous for dinner and breakfast. Value was excellent, we look forward to visiting again one day!

Fantastic location. Our room is so big we could do laps in it. King size bed and not exactly my type of deco but made me felt like a queen in her palace.

Great pool, not big but good enough for a quick swim after a run. Excellent choice for a passing-through one night stay.

Harris Farm is an extra bonus, the store is so big I felt like I was at the Easter show.

We were here for a quick stop between Sydney and Melbourne and this place suited our needs perfectly.
We were running late and so we called Michelle at reception to let them know, Michelle was kind enough to wait for us, so we had an easy & seamless check-in.
The room was a bit dated, however everything worked as it needed to. The shower too, is in need of an uplift, however it suited our need for the 1 night stay.
The place was secure too, so we didn't need to worry about it being on the main road etc.

Beautiful and large rooms, with VERY comfy beds. We stayed in a family room which had a sofa bed, queen bed and two singles, still with enough room for the kids to play. The kids loved the hotel because they thought it was a castle (with the medieval theme and armour everywhere), and we had a lovely swim after a great breakfast, before leaving. We will be back.

Room was ok, beds comfortable, water nice and hot. Parking was great. Coffee tea had not been replenished and cups not cleaned properly. Internet was very poor - in fact didnt work at all for us. Pool and spa heaters were out of action (the main reason we stayed there). Kids still went in as per reception - and had a good time in luke warm spa water. But later that evening they were both screaming in pain, they could not open their eyes due to the chlorine levels - obviously nobody had checked the chemicals. The eldest used the saline given to us by reception. We were about to go to emergency as it got so bad for our 6 year old. Luckily we got him to fall asleep after a long day and it rectified by morning. Needless to say our stay was totally ruined. Very disappointing as we were excited to stay there.

Loved the whole theme and decor with the paintings, weaponry and suits of armour! Definitely far better than any other typical hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious for a two-bedder. The in-house restaurant was also very good; excellent food and good value for money. Would come back again.

We selected this venue for our getaway on a whim, and it exceeded our expectations.
The interior design, featuring beautiful old Tudor art and elegant picture and mirror frames, truly impressed us.
The accommodations are not only clean but also spacious, providing a comfortable environment.
Additionally, the restaurant offers exceptional food and attentive service. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice and are thrilled with the experience we’ve had here.
