I literally spent almost a thousand dollars trying to fix an auto-electrical fault with another local business. I had given up trying to fix it.

I went to Joe for a service and explained the issue, but I wasn't there for the issue - just to make sure the car was ok enough for a long road trip. Well, he doesn't know this yet but that issue with the interior lights coming up and the car jerking uphill hasn't happened since the service.

The car is old, but immediately after the car felt so much more responsive and drove better. I was avoiding going up hills because if the issue. I went up Macquarie Pass with no hint of a problem. I don't know what magic he did but I am telling you...

He only charged me for service but he was willing to test the fault further, he offered for me another solution that I hadn't heard before and explained everything clearly.

Joe wasn't out to create invoices, he was genuinely trying to help me out and for that reason I had to leave a review for others looking for someone decent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my car towed here for some issues with taillights/ break lights. I picked it up 2 days later. Got back on the highway and all the codes and engine lights came back on. I called them and told them, he said to bring it back so he can clear the codes again. This meaning he didn’t do anything in the first place which was obvious as I then checked my tail lights to see if there were functioning properly again and they were not. The car seemed it hadn’t even been touched. Extremely poor service. Go somewhere else unless you want to be robbed. Next place I took it repaired lights, put new cord to connect the wires, replaced break switch and all is functioning perfectly. Disappointed my money was wasted here first.

So thankful for Joe and his willingness to be able to fit me in same day and fix a starter motor issue within 24 hours! He was so willing to help and assist and get me the best result within a limited timeframe! An absolute gem! Definitely recommend 🙂
